The arrival of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has rejuvenated Manchester United in every aspect of the football game. He brought back the charisma and hunger into every player to win games, score goals and dominate the opposition. Now, after 10 games he is still unbeaten, but most importantly he has played the 'United' way, to the satisfaction of the fan's who have not seen this type of football since the Alex Ferguson days. He has given fans hope and something to be excited about, which was missing under Mourinho.

He brought back the United brand of football and injected it into the players. He unleashed the players and gave them the freedom to display their skills and talent. The caretaker manager is backed with a battalion of the proven coaching staff which includes former player Michael Carrick, Mike Phelan, Kieran McKenna, Emilio, Mark Dempsey.

So far Ole has been a success which is why he was chosen as the Premier League manager of the month in January. Along with Marcus Rashford as the player of the month, who leads the United attack after the arrival of Ole. This is the first time in eight years that these two prestigious awards have been received by Manchester United in the same month. The last time was when Sir Alex Ferguson and Dimitar Berbatov achieved the feat in 2011.

Ole, as a United legend himself, has demanded certain things from his players, and the players have reciprocated by playing their heart out and executing the manager's plans on the pitch. Sometime's it more of a mental adjustment, and with Ole coming in he has brought in a lot of positivity which can now be seen in the players themselves. Let's take look at the stats after he has taken over.

Before his arrival, United were no where near the top four. Where as under Mourinho they were sixth, 8 points off of Chelsea in 4th position.
