Arsenal who had a great window are also without a point but they have faced 2 of the best teams in the league. Liverpool look strong as they brushed aside West Ham in there first league game.

We all know the transfer window is shut, but the rumours will never stop. Here we will look at transfer rumours for this week.

Is Ruben Neves Worth £60 Million?

According to the Sun Pep Guardiola and Manchester City have shown interest in Wolves midfield maestro Ruben Neves. The Sun also understands that City will be willing to spend £60 Million pounds on the Portuguese international.

Manchester City want another midfielder as they failed to get Jorginho in the Summer transfer window and Neves could be perfect as he is highly regard by many clubs as a one to watch for the future. But why would City be willing to Spend so much money on an unproven premier league player? Well he has immense talent and will definitely come good in the future just look at some the goals he's scored under Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Also, David Silva is set to turn 33 years-old next year so he could be a great replacement as he does have similar traits to the Spanish men. They both have great passing ability and share great awareness and vision.

The Metro have reported that the Welsh midfielder Aaron Ramsey maybe on his way to Old Trafford as he is yet to put pen to paper on a new deal at the Emirates. With his current deal set to expire next summer it is understood United may pounce for him in the coming window.

Arsenal are scared as their star could be on his way to there rivals on a free transfer. Ramsey is yet to sign a new deal as he wants a big paycheck which Arsenal are denying due to their strictness when it comes to wages. With Chelsea also monitoring his current situation, it could well be a battle between the Red Devils and Sarri's Chelsea to grab the signature of the Welsh wizard.

He has many strengths that Jose Mourinho loves from putting a shift in defensively and working really hard on and off the ball. He could fit United's midfield 3 perfectly as he is also very good going forward.

The Express are reporting that Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius could be on his way to Turkey. The German has endured a lot of criticism from the footballing world over the last couple of months, due to his two vital mistakes in the Champions league final against Real Madrid.

The Express have stated that Liverpool want him to go on loan and they will include the option of a permanent deal at the end of the loan deal. His career has been up and down at Liverpool especially down though, just look at the Champions league final for evidence.

Also, the arrival of Alisson has pushed him down the pecking order at Anfield. He is now Liverpool's 3rd choice goalkeeper behind the Belgium man Simon Mignolet.
