PSG manager Laurent Blanc has extended his contract at PSG until 2016.
He signed for Paris Saint-Germain last summer after Carlo Ancelotti left for Real Madrid and has had a good season, retaining the Ligue 1 title and winning the Coupe de la Ligue.
The former France manager said “I am very happy to continue with Paris Saint-Germain.”
“I want to be part of this project over the long term – it’s the most ambitious project in European football. Together we will dream bigger.”
Club President, Naseer Al-Khelaifi, expressed his delight at the clubs success under Blanc this season saying, “It is perfectly justified to show our confidence in Laurent Blanc.”
“We are delighted with his results this season, as well as the very attractive football the team has played. We are convinced we will win a lot more trophies together.”
