Gareth Bale will be playing his football at Old Trafford next season, according to Sunday Express journalist John Richardson. According to the Telegraph, Richardson feels the deal is all sewn up already.
"I think it's almost a done deal to be honest," he said. "I know somebody very close to Gareth Bale and the public are not hearing the real thing. He's very unhappy there and he's unhappy with his treatment."
Bale, 25, has been a subject of debate following a string of indifferent performances for Real Madrid. With Real exit from the Champions League, Bale was abused by the Madridistas as he was trying to leave the Bernabeu.
The transfer fee should not be a problem for United as the £750m Adidas deal will kick in from next season.
