An array of in-game collectibles in Free Fire MAX makes Garena's BR shooter a more popular title. The items provide various customization options, allowing users to create more personalized characters. Free Fire MAX characters can use different outfits and accessories alongside specific emotes.

The emotes in the in-game store are more widely used and don't have a sense of exclusivity. However, the time-limited collectibles are among the most sought-after items in Free Fire MAX. Players pay hundreds and thousands of diamonds to grab the exclusive items from time-limited events in the game.

Money Heist is one of the most famous crime drama shows that has received global appreciation in recent years. The Spanish heist crime drama was among the franchises that collaborated with Garena's survival shooter and resulted in many special edition items in the game.

One of these items was the "Make it Rain" emote, which Garena made available in the store for a specific period in September 2020. The emote cost 599 diamonds and was accessible to all.

However, it was soon removed and returned more than a year later in the second Money Heist collab.
