343 Industries offers one month Gold extension on Xbox Live for Halo: The Master Chief Collection
Halo: The Master Chief Collection

The release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection back in November 2014 across Xbox Live was ridden with bugs and server problems that had rendered online segments of the game almost “unplayable”. To make peace with the angry fans, makers 343 Industries are giving away a free copy of Halo 3: ODST for Xbox One and granting one month gold extension on Xbox Live. You can grab hold of the Xbox Live subscriptions extensions now , no confirmed date has been set for availing the free copy.

All the Xbox One owners who played the game from its launch day, November 11 and December 19 should check their messages on the console, website, or SmartGlass app where they should have received a message from Xbox that dictates that their Xbox Live Gold Subscription has been extended for one full month. It is quite a good gesture by 343 Industries since they are trying to make up for the inconvenience the players had to put up with. Recently, a new matchmaking update was released for the game (for more details click here).
