American publication lists the most violent games of 2014

The Violent Ones

Consumer Reports, the American publications recently published their opinion on which were the most violent games of 2014. There have been many violent games in the year, and specifically, the number of sales for the year shoots up when it comes to the violent games. And it looks like the publication didn’t seem to take account of what steam had released and many other violent games were left un-noticed. Here is what they published:

This was something very predictable, as GTA V tops the list. People in Australia and New Zealand have reported that they have been disturbed by the amount of violence in these games but they still play it as the new FPS is very addictive.

Watch Dogs comes second and well it does not hold back either in being violent. What’s surprising is games like The Evil Within and Alien: Isolation haven’t been mentioned.

They also happened to publish a list of the games recommended for kids:

  • Skylanders Trap Team
  • Disney Infinity 2.0
  • Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire
  • Super Smash Bros.
  • LittleBigPlanet 3
