Playable demos of Dragon Ball Xenoverse are now making their way to Gamestop retailers across North America. According to a report by Saiyan Island, demo kiosks have been set up at a few Gamestop retail stores across NA which will feature a handful of games available on the PlayStation 4. One of these games is the upcoming Bandai Namco title Dragon Ball Xenoverse.

The demo has about 16 playable characters, these include 11 major characters from the series as well 5 custom characters. The playable characters available are: Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Krillin, Piccolo, Yamcha, Future Trunks, Tien, Nappa, Raditz and a First Form Frieza. As for custom characters, there are five to choose from which are: Saiyan Male, Saiyan Female, Majin Male, Majin Female and Namekian.

Bandai Namco has not yet announced if the demo will have a home release on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox Marketplace. But it would be great if they did release the demo for public use as this will give fans a taste of what the gameplay in Dragon Ball Xenoverse will be like. The demo will be coming to a few more Gamestop stores later this week. So fans who live in North America can head over to their nearest Gamestop store to check out the upcoming title.

A fan has now uploaded two new off-screen gameplay footage of the demo. The videos contain two matches each, one between Frieza and Piccolo and the other between kid Gohan and Future Trunks.
