FIFA 18 is ready for its launch and if you thought that you have your eyes on all the highly-rated players, think again. EA Sports have revealed that there are more than a few youth players with great potential and having them on your team can make all the difference.
FIFA gamers, who like to live the life of a manager in the career mode, know how challenging it is to sign the right player who will lead the club and grow into a star. It is not always practical to buy the best set of established players that are available. Sometimes the players that you need are not even available in the transfer window.
Thankfully, EA has made it easy for the users of FIFA 18 by revealing 11 of the best youth players, who have a potential of 90 or more!
Here is a list of the 11 wonderkids can grow into the real deal in FIFA 18 career mode!
#1 Ezequiel Barco
The Argentinian youth player is 18 years old and his current overall rating is 72, with a scope to grow to 90 if you play him the right way. Known for his high acceleration (90) and pace (81), the winger also has powerful shots and a good finesse to add to his kicks.
Barco plays on the left wing, and his role is primarily of a playmaker. Definitely a good kid to have on your team.
#2 Youri Tielemans
Youri plays as a central attacking midfielder (CAM) in the Belgium national team and in AS Monaco. He is 20 years old and his current overall is 80.
Youri's ball control is epic and he is known to be smooth in the midfield, throwing curveballs and crosses, whenever needed. His specialty is shooting from distance and if you treat him right, his overall can go up to 90.
#3 Anthony Martial
The French national is 21 years of age and plays for Manchester United in the Premier League. Martial's dribbling, movement up and down the field, and shot power are all in the higher ranges. He is a technical dribbler who looks to beat the defensive line every time.
His qualities of being a speedster, in addition to his finesse shots, make him a dangerous player to have in your team. Martial's current overall rating is 82 and can go upto 90.
#4 Ousmane Dembele
Dembele made headlines recently with his move to FC Barcelona. He is a great attacking option and can switch roles between left-wing, right-wing, and central attacking midfileder.
His acceleration, dribbling and shot power are in the higher ranges, and if that wasn't enough, he is also known to be an acrobat on the field. His current overall is 83 and you can take him upto 92.
Just 20 years in age, he is a fantastic player who is guaranteed to nick a goal, when you need it the most.
#5 Dele Alli
The 21-year-old midfielder plays for the English club Tottenham Hotspur. Alli is a bit slower than the other wonderkids, but the lad's game sense scores a high rating.
He is still excellent with ball dribbling and attacking, and is known for his long shots, along with the flair to beat the defensive line. Dele Alli's current overall is 84 and can grow till 90.
#6 Leroy Sane
The 21-year-old German national plays as a winger for Manchester City. His ball control is great and his speed is even better. He is a skilled dribbler who is quite agile in the midfield.
If all of that doesn't help, you can always make him speed through the wing to feed a cross inside the box. Leroy's current overall rating is 82 and if treated right, he can grow to 91.
#7 Thomas Lemar
The French footballer plays on the left flank for AS Monaco but he can be played on both the wings, or even in the centre. A versatile player, his ball control, speed and movement on the field, and shot power are all 80 and above.
His specialty is dribbling the ball right past the defenders and he is also a corner specialist. Lemar's current overall is 83 with a potential to go up to 91.
#8 Gabriel Jesus
Gabriel Fernando de Jesus is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a striker for Manchester City. He is the second player from the club who has made it into the wonderkids club. With strong ball control and dribbling stats, Jesus' pace and acceleration Are insane.
Known to be an acrobat, he is guaranteed to be an agile and quick player to have on your attack. His current overall is 81 and he has the potential to go up to 92.
#9 Marco Asensio
The Spanish national plays for Real Madrid and can be swapped between left-mid, right-mid, center-attack and even the left wing. Although not as fast as the other wonderkids, Asesnio has great ball control and shooting finesse.
Asensio's current overall is already high at 84 and if you choose to polish his game further, he can grow up to 92.
#10 Gianluigi Donnarumma
Donnarumma began his career with AC Milan, early in 2015, becoming the second youngest goalkeeper ever to debut in Serie A. He has got decent reactions and agility, and his goalkeeping dives and reflexes are quick as lightning.
Gianluigi's current overall is 82 with a potential to go up to 94, so make sure you buy him as he is the only goalkeeper to make into the list of wonderkids.
#11 Kylian Mbappe
The 18-year-old French national plays as a striker with Paris Saint-Germain. Mbappe's ball control is high and his pace and acceleration are higher at 89 and 90. Known for his technical dribbling, he is agile when surrounded by defenders, and can also net some crucial finesse shots.
Mbappe's current overall is 83 and he has the potential to go up to 94, if played right.
