Focus Home Interactive reveals new RPG titled Vampyr
The upcoming project of Focus Home Interactive.

Focus Home Interactive are teaming up with Paris based developer DontNod to work on a new RPG titled Vampyr. A recent tweet and image released by the developer have given the community a heads up about their upcoming enterprise. According to report by SixthAxis the storyline of the game is set in the background of the First World War where the player will be projected as a soldier who survived the war and comes back to his homeland only to find it plagued with the Spanish Flu. He takes the role of a doctor when one fine day he gets bit by an infected patient and turns into a Vampyr.

The term “Vampyr” has been taken from Danish director Carl Theodor Dreyer‘s horror movie that was released way back in 1932 , we cannot really confirm that the game takes its any cues from this German–French horror film but Focus Home Interactive will be revealing more about the game soon. Meanwhile DontNods upcoming project coming-of-age story Life is Strange recently got a release date you can view the system requirements for the game right here.
