Its’s been over two years since Nintendo’s famous creation Wii U made its first appearence in the gaming world. After having quite a shaky start beacuse of the weird title and the incompetant game support, the console was almost tagged as a failure but it finally managed to redeem itself in 2014 when 2 maajor games were released for this console Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros. After Nintendo has commenced its improvemnt quarter Nintendo president Satoru Iwata has taken the time out to share the future of this console.
According to Japanese site Sankei, which was translated by DualShockers, Iwata and Nintendo are far from done with the latest Nintendo console. “Wii U is not over yet. I want to continue to build on playing on people’s high expectations [for the system].” Thus it seems that Nintendo has many announced games lined up for Wii U and we could expect to see them in the bi-monthly Nintendo Direct. One could hope that Nintendo might bring back fan favorites like Metroid and F-Zero.
