Earlier this week, IGN had a special 2K showcase of the “Path of the Warrior” DLC (held during the WrestleMania Fan Axxess event) WWE 2K15’s Community Manager showered the 2K Forums with teases regarding the release date of the most anticipated mode of the popular game which has been in high demand ever since the game’s release in the later half of 2014 which further amped up the expectations of fans of the series.
Well I can gladly say that your wait is over as the release date has been revealed for the WWE 2K15 “Path of the Warrior” DLC, which is set to release on March 31, 2015. 2K Games has planned the release on this special date as it is the date of the one year anniversary of Ultimate Warrior’s death.
Although this perfect release was sullied due to unfortunate happening that took place earlier this week when some PlayStation 4 owners were able to download the WWE 2K15 “Path of the Warrior” DLC already.
This mistake was attributed to a glitch by SCEA which made the DLC available for a brief time on the PlayStation Network. Well all the necessary damage control has been employed to fix the situation, as all the players will have access to the DLC only on 31st March only,
