Liverpool: Chinese tycoon Kenny Huang interested, Roy Hodgson might soon be with renewed funds
Liverpool has been on sale since April and had not attracted any serious buyers since. That however has changed, as a Chinese tycoon Kenny Huang has offered to redeem the club with surplus funds. Liverpool has become a lone figure in the transfer market because of the huge debt that it is in. Kenny Huang has not only offered to clear off the debts but also plans to provide Hodgson with enough funds so that a competitive team can be put on the field next season.
Huang’s interest in Liverpool has come as good news for the fans but if it comes off remains to be seen. The rumours about Kenny’s interest in Liverpool have gathered momentum and credibility over the last couple of days. Kenny Huang’s interest in the club is not limited to this, he has also offered to build a new stadium for the club as soon as he is put in charge, which is again a great news for Liverpool fans.

Kenny Huang is known face in the sports industry in China. He is involved with sports such as Baseball and Basketball and hence his interest in Liverpool must be considered as a serious one. No doubt, he has the money to give it more than required credibility!
Kenny Huang however has just one condition, he wants all to be done now. Since the transfer window ends on 31st August, he wants Roy Hodgson to have at the least 12-14 days to come up with a solid team.
Liverpool are still without a central defending midfielder and a much needed Left Back. Roy Hodgson has added Joe Cole in Liverpool’s kitty and has held on to key players like Gerrard and Torres. However, Yossi Benayoun and Javier Mascherano will no longer be with the club next season.
Kenny Huang and his interest in Liverpool is an exciting piece of news for Liverpool. Liverpool is again and again being tagged as a “sinking ship” even though the club was firmly a part of the BIG FOUR by the beginning of last season. Roy Hodgson is certainly of the other view, as he believes Liverpool can be in the Champions League once again even with the current squad of players.
Liverpool might be in for a great makeover over the next few weeks and a lot of action is suspected behind the scened. Though, it is for certain if this back room action transpires in a successful way and soon; Liverpool might be ransacking the transfer market soon.
