India's only individual gold medalist in Olympic history, Abhinav Bindra has done more than just make a mark on the world stage. Since his heroic achievement, Bindra has further begun to train the next generation of Indian athletes to ensure that India gets another gold medal in the near future.

One such place where target training is rampant is the Performance Centre in Punjab which Bindra himself set up for target practice in various sports. One such attendee at the centre is Table Tennis player Sathiyan Gnanasekaran, who took to Instagram to reveal the unique methods of target training at the facility.

Abhinav Bindra has never been shy of using whatever technology available at his disposal in order to achieve the desired result and it seems that he hasn't stopped fellow athletes from accessing it either, as the Instagram upload clearly shows.

The targeting experience is unique and enjoyable too as it is a virtual simulation of a target and gives almost a video game-kind of a vibe. The resounding approval from Sathiyan is proof that the athletes are grateful for its inclusion.

It's refreshing to see the interest taken by legends of the industry to this extent as Bindra has clearly decided to give the athletes what he was given and subsequently propel them to the next level of competition and perhaps bring home another Olympic gold medal soon enough.
