CHASKA, Minnesota (Reuters) - The United States regained the Ryder Cup after a sizzling display at Hazeltine National on Sunday, ending a streak of three consecutive defeats in the biennial event.

Needing five points from the 12 last-day singles matches, the Americans sealed victory against Europe when Ryan Moore beat Lee Westwood in the seventh match of the day.
