Amdocs batters have failed to put on a show when it was required and help their team register the first win of the tournament. No one took the responsibility of taking on the bowlers expect, Chaitas Shah, who scored 29 runs from 20 balls while he was in the middle. Other batters failed to score runs and find the boundaries which is important while chasing a target like 118. Only VImal Khanduri was the other batter to score in double digits as he made 16 runs 15 balls. Other batters failed to impress and that made it easier for the opposition to finish things off quickly in the final stages of the innings.

Sri Lankan Lions knew the pressure was on the opponents as they had to go hard right from the word go in order to chase the target of 118. Lions' bowlers managed to keep the boundary scoring options to minimal as that pushed the required rate higher and higher. Mahesh Gamage was the highest wicket taker for his team in this match with 2 to his name. Chamal Sadun also did a good job in his two overs gving just 11 runs and picking a wicket.

Sri Lankan Lions are on par with Nicosia Tigers with 7 wins and are currently 3rd on the table while Amdocs remain at the bottom with no wins under their belt so far in the tournament.

Amdocs once again end on a losing note as they fail to cross the line against a strong Sri Lankan Lions team. Lions won the match by 38 runs and they register their 7th win in the tournament.
