Commentary

Well, Bohemians were pushed after they seemed to be going very well in the chase at the start of the innings. The first two overs suggested that this would be a one-sided chase. However, the Barbarians came back splendidly to give their opposition a real scare as they picked up wickets and kept things tight. Eventually, Bohemian CC did get home but they had to work hard to finish it off and were put under pressure.

All is well that ends well though as they are now through to the semi-finals. They will have some thinking to do about the batting but they can take confidence from their effort with the ball and all-round as a unit. Barbarians struggled throughout the tournament and their campaign comes to a tough end with this. They did not have enough on the board but did really well to make a game of this. That is something they can take back from this game as they exit the tournament.

Barbarians need to be lauded for the fight they showed with the ball. Unfortunately for them, they did not have enough runs on the board to play with as their journey comes to an end!
