Right then, that's it from this game. KKR take on MI in the second game of the day. Switch tabs to follow that game. Until then it's a goodbye from us!
Virat Kohli: The toss was an important one. Even after losing the toss we bowled well, we showed a lot of character but it got away towards the end. We thought 160-165 would be a good score. But 185+ on that sort of a pitch with three spinners was always going to be tough. Delhi played better cricket in the crunch moments and that's why they got the result. With the bat, we started off really well. PP was outstanding then I got going before AB and I getting out to balls you don't get out to but that's how it goes. We put ourselves under too much pressure in the first six games but we have two games left and we will work hard. We will look to enjoy ourselves in the last two games.

RCB got off to an absolute flier! Parthiv looked in great touch, so did Kohli. But once the two were dismissed and then after AB de Villiers followed, the game looked gone. Gukeerat and Stoinis did strike a few lusty blows but all in vain as it was too much to chase. The Delhi spinners were brilliant and proved to be the difference.
All over! RCB have been knocked out (mathematically they are still in it but they need a lot of results to go their way) and DC have made it to the playoffs for the first time since 2012.
Over 20 RCB: 171/7(RR 8.55) Bowler: K Rabada Summary: 1wd 1 W . 6 . 1
19.6 Kagiso Rabada to Marcus Stoinis. Full toss, down leg side on the back foot driving, to long on for 1 run.
19.5 Kagiso Rabada to Marcus Stoinis. Back of a length, outside off stump on the front foot Slog, missed to wicketkeeper for no runs, fielded by Pant.
That's six but it doesn't matter. 18 off 2 now.
19.4 SIX! Kagiso Rabada to Marcus Stoinis. Back of a length, middle stump backing away pulling, well timed in the air under control over deep square leg for 6 runs.
19.3 Kagiso Rabada to Marcus Stoinis. Back of a length, outside off stump on the back foot pulling, bottom edge to leg slip for no runs, fielded by Pant.
19.2 OUT! Caught. Kagiso Rabada to Washington Sundar. Slower ball back of a length, middle stump on the front foot driving, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to mid on, by Iyer.

19.1 Wide Kagiso Rabada to Marcus Stoinis. Length ball, to leg no foot movement working, Play and Miss (Leg Side) to wicketkeeper for 1 run, fielded by Pant.

18.5 Ishant Sharma to Washington Sundar. Back of a length, off stump on the front foot pulling, Spliced to mid wicket for 1 run, fielded by Rutherford.
That's an excellent catch from Rishabh Pant! The edge from Gurkeerat flew but pant dived across and plucked it out.
