That brings a close to the live coverage from Kotla. Goodbye and goodnight from us here at Sportskeeda!

KKR have climbed to the top of the points table courtesy of Pandey's superb knock.
It was one of the most nail-biting finishes so far this season. In the end, it all came down to who could hold the nerves and Manish Pandey triumphed!

Delhi got off to a great start with their captain Zaheer Khan leading the attack. Three quick wickets had the Knights struggling at 21/3. However, Manish Pandey and Yusuf Pathan stitched together a crucial 110-run partnership in the middle overs.

Zaheer Khan was the pick of the Delhi bowlers but even he could not break the partnership.

Yusuf Pathan, in particular, was looking like a completely changed batsman. He played the ball on its merit and reaped the rewards. He
brought up his fifty with a six through the leg side. When he was finally dismissed for 59, there was still work to be done.

Delhi managed to tighten things up with wickets at vital moments. The boundaries had stopped coming and the pressure was building. Zaheer seemed to have pulled out a rabbit out of the hat by giving Amit Mishra the final over. But Pandey’s huge six ensured that the Knights marched to victory.

Earlier, Delhi had done well to reach a score of 168.  Sanju Samson got off to a good start but nicked one to Uthappa. He was looking very dangerous but the Knights managed to get him out at the right moment. Karun Nair and Shreyas Iyer build a partnership in the middle overs but they were dismissed before they could do any considerable damage.

Nathan Coulter-Nile was a revelation for the Knights while Umesh Yadav was taken for plenty, especially by Rishabh Pant. Thanks to Pant’s
blitzkrieg at the end, the Daredevils managed to reach the par score.  However, in the end, it all proved to be futile.
KKR win by 4 wickets with one ball to spare! Manish Pandey is the man of the moment!
19.5 Mishra to Pandey, 2 runs, VICTORY for KKR. Take a bow, Manish Pandey. Full ball on off, driven to cover and Manish races back to complete the win!

19.4 Mishra to Pandey, SIX, he bowls a fast and a length ball, Manish swings it over long on. BRILLIANT shot from Pandey.

19.3 Mishra to Narine, 1 run, full ball on the pads, hoisted away to deep square leg. Pandey is on strike now
160/6 after 19.2 overs. The balance has tilted towards Delhi. Excellent comeback from the Delhi bowlers. But can Mishra hold his nerve in the final 4 deliveries?

Sunil Narine walks in for KKR. Can he hit one out of the park here?
19.2 Mishra to Woakes, no run, full ball turning away, Woakes looks to slog across the line, misses, Pant whips the bails off! OUT. The third umpire has a good look at it but in the end gives his decision
19.1 Mishra to Woakes, no run, full ball on off, Woakes can only drive it back to Mishra. Was the googly!
160/5 after 19 overs. The pressure is mounting here. 9 runs needed off six balls for KKR to win. Brilliant over from Morris. Also, Pandey has been kept off strike. It's a battle of nerves. This one is going right down to the wire

Amit Mishra to bowl the last over. Interesting decision.
18.6 Morris to Pandey, no run, full ball following Manish as he backs away, and the ball sqeezes past him
18.5 Morris to Woakes, 1 run, short ball again, helped around to Mathews at deep square leg
18.4 Morris to Pandey, 1 run, length ball angled in, Pandey clips it away to square leg
18.3 Morris to Pandey, 2 runs, full length ball angled in, Pandey bunts it to deep mid-wicket and they race across for a brace
18.2 Morris to Pandey, 2 runs, acrobatic, insane from Samson at long on.  It doesn't get better than this. Pandey goes through with the shot but doesn't get enough power. Samson catches the ball but he knew he was falling over te ropes and plonks it back to the field. Saves four runs for his team
18.1 Morris to Woakes, 1 run, full ball angled in, driven to Samson at long on
153/5 after 18 overs. Good over for Delhi. It is a battle of nerves now. The boundaries have been stopped. But they need to dismiss Manish Pandey. As long as he is in the crease KKR will have hope. One might wonder if KKR are leaving it for a little too late here.

16 needed off 12. Morris into the attack
17.6 Cummins to Woakes, 1 run, slower length ball on off, dabbed behind the wicket and they get a single
152/5 after 17.5 overs. A wicket for Delhi but is it a little too late?

Chris Woakes replaces Surya Kumar
17.5 Cummins to Suryakumar, OUT, full ball on off, Surya looks to drive it but can only get it to captain Zaheer at mid-off. Too full to get the elevation and Delhi can still believe

17.4 Cummins to Pandey, 1 run, short ball again, pulled away to deep mid-wicket
17.3 Cummins to Pandey, 2 runs, length ball, slower too, mistimed hack goes to mid-wicket and they sprint across for a brace. Very good running. Good awareness from Surya Kumar
17.3 Cummins to Pandey, WIDE, short ball but sails over Manish Pandey. Too short
17.2 Cummins to Pandey, no run, inch perfect yorker on the stumps, jammed out. Right on the money. 147 Kmph that one.
17.1 Cummins to Suryakumar, 1 run, short angled in, ramped to third man
147/4 after 17 overs. Six singles off the over. Tidy from Morris, but Delhi need a wicket or two here.

Cummins will bowl the 18th over.
16.6 Morris to Suryakumar, 1 run, full ball on the stumps, Surya carves it away to third man
