Follow IPL T20 live score for Delhi Daredevils vs Rising Pune Supergiant

That's it from us, here at Sportskeeda, goodnight, and goodbye. Don't forget to tune into the live coverage of tomorrow's doubleheader.
Karun Nair is the Man of the Match for today's game.
Zaheer Khan, the winning captain, says, "Winning always makes you feel good. Even though it's late in the tournament, it's important for us to win games. This was a different kind of wicket. It was slowing down a bit. We were always aiming 170, 180. We always knew spinners will be in play right through. All in all a good performance. The games we have lost, we were always in those games. There are other things to look at and plan for the next season. The length which I hit was perfect and there was a bit of shape (getting Rahane out). Rahane committed to the shot and I got the wicket."
Stokes gets the Stylish Player of the Day award as well.
The Maximum Sixes award goes to Manoj Tiwary.
The Perfect Catch of the Match award goes to Ben Stokes.
Time for the presentation ceremony.
Steven Smith, the losing captain, says, "We probably let a few too many runs in the field. 160 was par. Losing wickets at important times. Take it a game at a time at the moment. You get down to the crunch time, you have to win some games. Every game is a final. We played some pretty good cricket, you can't win every game. But there were a few areas, we will have a look at that tomorrow."
Pune still have work to do before they can qualify for the playoffs.
Wow! What a game! Went right down to the wire.

Delhi had done well to reach 168 and post a challenging target on the board. And, they got off to a brilliant start as Zaheer Khan castled Ajinkya Rahane off the very first ball. Rahul Tripathi, as well, departed without troubling the scoreboard much.

However, Steve Smith and Manoj Tiwary got going and built a good partnership. Smith was the more attacking of the duo as he took on the Delhi bowlers and Pune looked like they were well on course to an easy victory.

The strategic time-out came right when Delhi needed it. As play resumed, Nadeem managed to get the better of Smith and brought Delhi back in the game. Stokes and Tiwary played well through the middle overs to give Pune some momentum.

But once Shami dismissed Stokes, Delhi were on top. The asking rate was creeping up gradually and the pressure was mounting. Dhoni’s run out, also, came as a huge blow to Pune’s hopes of winning the game.  Tiwary, though, kept on trying until the very last ball but in the end, it all went in vain.

Delhi Daredevils win the match by seven runs.
