DEN won by 6 wickets
Player of the match: Taranjeet Singh

What a win, what a win for Denmark! They clinch the closely fought series 2-1 after beating the visitors by 6 wickets in the decider. After a last ball defeat in the previous match, Denmark came back strongly today and chased down 123 on the back of a Taranjeet Singh masterclass.

Denmark were off to a slow start having scored only 11 runs in the first four overs. Aftab Ahmed who looked very uncomfortable at the crease departed early. Hamid Shah built a small partnership alongside Taranjeet Singh. Once Hamid was dismissed for a run a ball 23, Rizwan came and departed for a duck. With three wickets down, Mmusa Mahmood and Taranjeet battled the scoreboard pressure excellently and kept the scoreboard ticking. Taranjeet's 63 not out might be the knock of the series, he was well supported by Musa's run a ball 29.

Hassan Mehmood was the pick of the bowlers bagging three scalps to his name. Khalid Ahmad Zahid was the only other wicket taker.

19.1 Khalid Zahid to Taranjit Bharaj, FOUR! Bharaj finishes the game in style, seals the game and the series for Denmark here as they win it by 2-1! Full delivery and sprays it on the leg-stump line and Bharaj helps that one along down the fine-leg region for a boundary.

18.6 Khalid Zahid to Taranjit Bharaj, length delivery on the outside off and Bharaj on the backfoot opens the face to steer it past the keeper for just a single. SCORES ARE LEVEL!
18.5 Khalid Zahid to Taranjit Bharaj, FOUR MORE! Absolutely majestic from Bharaj this, what an innings this has been from him. Short delivery on the wide of off-stump and Bharaj spanks that one through the covers for another boundary. Just 2 needed of 7 now!
18.4 Khalid Zahid to Taranjit Bharaj, FOUR! That pretty much seals the game for Denmark here as Bharaj creams that length delivery through the extra-cover region for a much needed boundary.
18.3 Khalid Zahid to Taranjit Bharaj, change of pace, full delivery that dipped into Bharaj on the leg-stump line as he leans into it to clip it into the on-side but hits it back to the bowler and had to hare back to the crease.
Equation now down to a run a ball. 10 from 10 needed.
18.2 Khalid Zahid to Freddie Klokker, back of a length that was angling away on the outside off and Freddie looks to drive it into the off-side but gets the outside edge down to the deep backward point region as they scamper back for the third.
18.1 Khalid Zahid to Freddie Klokker, short delivery on the middle and leg as Freddie goes on the backfoot to pull that one away but misses, hits him on the mid-riff.
Taranjeet you beauty! He has probably won the game for his side with that maximum! The six also brings up his half century.  Now only 13 runs are required off 12 deliveries.

17.6 Hassan Mehmood to Taranjit Bharaj, SIX! SENSATIONAL! Colossal hit from Bharaj and that shot brings the equation down for Denmark. Poor delivery to start with as Hassan sprays the length delivery on the pads and Bharaj makes good connection as he PUMMELS that one well over the fine-leg region for a maximum and Bharaj gets to his FIFTY as well with that in style. 13 off 12 balls needed now for Denmark!
17.5 Hassan Mehmood to Freddie Klokker, full delivery on the middle and off as Freddie shuffles across and then paddle sweeps it down to fine-leg for just a single, Denmark need a boundary from somewhere!
17.4 Hassan Mehmood to Musa Shaheen, OUT! HUGE APPEAL FOR LBW, Umpire raises the dreaded finger and Sweden has the breakthrough finally. Is it too little too late for them? Length delivery that tails back in on the middle and off as Musa looks to swipe it across the line and misses, raps ont he pads and he's a goner.
17.3 Hassan Mehmood to Taranjit Bharaj, fraction short on the off-stump and Bharaj swats it away to the long-off region on the backfoot for a single.
17.2 Hassan Mehmood to Musa Shaheen, back of a length into Musa on the off-stump as he presses forward, opens the face to steer it down to third-man for another single.
17.1 Hassan Mehmood to Taranjit Bharaj, full toss on the knee height as Bharaj waits for the slower one and then looks to heave it away but mistimes it to the mid-wicket region for a single.
8 runs from the over again without any boundaries. This is really smart cricket from Denmark as Sweden are unable to stop the singles and doubles.

23 runs needed from 18 deliveries.
