Trent Boult to continue.
That'll do alright for his confidence! Matt Henry was probing around the off-stump channel for most of that over until the overpitched straight one allowed Crawley to punch one down the ground and pick up a confidence boosting boundary. Big onus on his skipper as well now.
7.0
6.6 Matt Henry to Zak Crawley, FOUR! Immaculate! Full delivery on the off-stump, nothing more than a push off the front foot. Meets with the meat of the bat and the ball flies away past the bowler
6.5 Matt Henry to Zak Crawley, good length delivery on the fifth stump channel, doesn't bother to offer a shot
6.4 Matt Henry to Zak Crawley, fuller delivery on off and middle, comes on the front foot and defends on the on-side
Zak Crawley has been guilty of chasing deliveries outside off-stump. He needs one of those patches in the middle where some good leaves give him confidence.
6.3 Matt Henry to Zak Crawley, variable bounce! Length delivery outside the off-stump. Crawley tries to punch it off the back foot. The ball zoots through low underneath the bat and falls well short of Blundell. He fails to gather it and the ball goes through him to the boundary
6.2 Matt Henry to Zak Crawley, fractionally fuller outside the off-stump. Shoulders arms to it
6.1 Matt Henry to Zak Crawley, short of a length fractionally outside the off-stump. Stands tall and defends it on the off-side
The players are making their way out in the middle. We're all set for the post-tea session! Zak Crawley will take strike. Matt Henry to continue his spell. Three slips and a gully, here we go.
One wouldn't call England's position precarious as yet, but they are staring down the barrel more or less. With the openers already back in the pavilion and a relatively inexperienced lower middle-order to follow, the deficit of 67 runs seems to be quite an uphill task for them. The best batter in the England ranks is out in the middle now, and he will need to spend a lot more time in the middle if England have to come back in the game. Zak Crawley has had a disastrous year with the bat so far and it needs to be seen if he will be able to redeem himself in this innings.

With good amount of movement on offer and a new Dukes ball in hand, the New Zealand bowlers are certain to come out all guns blazing for the last session of play on Day three. This is the time when the ball jags around the most, and the combination of Boult & Henry might prove to be a handful for the English batsmen.

This session will more or less tell us decisively where this Test match is going. To take you through all the action, Bala and Pratyush have taken position.
It is time for the Tea Break now!! The session saw 80 runs and seven wickets from 23.1 overs. Despite losing five of those wickets, New Zealand will be the much happier side as England are struggling at 18-2 with both openers back in the hut. Zak Crawley who is out in the middle hasn't been in great form while England also have a long-ish tail which will only make their challenge tougher. On the other hand, New Zealand will want to cash in on the first few overs after Tea to put the hosts under more pressure. Matt Henry, in particular, has looked in good rhythm with two wickets in six overs.

So, that is it from me, Karthik Raj and my co-commentator, Shashwat Kumar. Do join Sportskeeda's coverage of the final session of the day in about 15 minutes time.

5.6 Trent Boult to Joe Root, length delivery on middle and leg stump that comes into the batter. Root is opened up a little but manages to defend it down the ground towards mid off
5.5 Trent Boult to Joe Root, back of a length delivery outside off stump. Root gets onto the back foot and then decides to shoulder arms as the ball carries through well to Blundell
5.4 Trent Boult to Zak Crawley, very full delivery outside off stump. Crawley gets onto the front foot and punches the ball down the ground towards mid off, who gets a hand to it and stops it partially
5.3 Trent Boult to Zak Crawley, back of a length delivery outside off stump. Crawley gets up on his toes and dabs the ball into the off side towards the fielder at gully. Crawley looking edgy!
5.2 Trent Boult to Zak Crawley, back of a length delivery just outside off stump. Crawley presses half forward and defends the ball into the off side towards the man at point
5.1 Trent Boult to Zak Crawley, OH! Back of a length delivery slanted across the batter. Crawley has a poke at it from his crease and gets an outside edge that lands in front of third slip
