It took them a little longer than they intended to get there, but get there they did all right! The target of 98 was tempting for all of the top-order of Malmohus, for all of them got off to a flier, all of them were hitting the ball well, and all of them got out untimely. Rizwan Tarar and Dheeraj Malhotra got healthy 20s, Ankit Gupta came out with intent, but his innings was limited to a boundary and six before he had his stumps knocked away with him trying to play a shot only he could explain. Sambit Pattanaik then kept the momentum going, as he and Sandeep Mallidi took them home with over 2 overs to spare. Malmohus have their first win in this year's ECS competition, and they would look to keep a streak going here onwards.
