India seal the series 2-1!
India started off their batting innings shakily but KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer popped up with significant half-centuries to set the ideal foundation for a late onslaught. Thereafter, Pandey applied the finishing touches to ensure India ended up with an above-par score on a wicket that was easing out and a ground that was glittered with dew.
Bangladesh though, lost Liton and Soumya early, meaning that Naim had to do the majority of the early lifting. However, the youngster did so adroitly as he conjured a breathtaking innings of 81. Apart from his innings though, there wasn't much to shout about for Bangladesh as they kept losing wickets at regular intervals. To dampen their cause, Deepak Chahar rose to the occasion whenever India looked for inspiration as the fast-bowler racked up incredible figures of 3.2-0-7-6, which became the best ever in a T20I and also included a hat-trick. The pacer was aided by Shivam Dube, who picked up the crucial wicket of Naim to firmly set the Tigers back.
In the end, India comfortably won the game but they'd been accorded an almighty scare in the middle phases, especially when Naim was in his pomp. Nevertheless, the hosts would be thrilled with their comeback and also pleased that they take home another series victory.
Chahar finishes it off in style! And, that's his hat-trick as well!
Chahar nails the yorker and gets through the defences of Aminul Islam. Deepak Chahar now has a hat-trick in T20Is and the best ever figures in international T20 cricket. What a top bowler he has evolved into! Simply stunning!
19.2 OUT! Bowled. Deepak Chahar to Aminul Islam. Yorker, off stump on the front foot driving, missed to.
Chahar has five!
Mustafizur backs away and tries to blaze away through the off-side. The ball is short and slow. Unsurprisingly, he doesn't get the required timing and he offers a tame catch to Shreyas on the fence. The fielder does the rest and Chahar becomes only the 4th Indian to bag a 5-wicket haul in a T20I. And, Chahar is on a hat-trick again.
19.1 OUT! Caught. Deepak Chahar to Mustafizur Rahman. Back of a length, middle stump on the front foot driving, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to deep point, by Iyer.
Right then! 31 runs required off the final over. An Indian series win seems just a formality now. But, Bangladesh haven't made it easy for the hosts, not by any stretch of the imagination.

Chahar gets his fourth!
Chahar bowls a slow short delivery and Shafiul tries to smash him over long on for six. But, he doesn't get it in the middle and the ball arrows towards KL Rahul at long-on, who safely holds on to the chance. Sensational bowling by the pacer.

Chahal hits the woodwork!
