Right! That's it from us here at Sportskeeda! Hope you enjoyed our coverage and do stay tuned to Sportskeeda for all the latest news, scores and updates from the series between India and West Indies! Do join us for the decider on the 11th of November from the Wankhede Stadium!
Till then, this is Shashwat Kumar signing off! Goodbye and goodnight!
West Indies hunt down 171 with ease!
West Indies started off extremely well with their openers putting on 73 runs in 9.5 overs. However, there was a quiet 2-over period following Lewis' dismissal, a period that put India slightly in the ascendancy. Yet, Simmons soon found his groove and he was ably supported by Hetmyer and Pooran, who indulged in their customary pyrotechnics to ensure that the Caribbean outfit posted their first T20I victory on Indian soil.
India, meanwhile, would be left ruing their missed opportunities with the bat and in the field. While they dropped both Lewis and Simmons early in the innings, they also failed to make the most of their solid start as they managed to score only 26 runs in their final 4 overs.
Ultimately, that proved to be the decisive tilting scale as the West Indians ransacked the target comfortably, thereby setting up a fitting finale at the Wankhede Stadium on the 11th of November.
18.3 FOUR! Deepak Chahar to Nicholas Pooran. Slower ball short, down leg side on the back foot pulling, well timed past deep mid wicket for 4 runs.
Pooran finishes it off in style!
Pooran lines up a back of a length delivery and clatters it past mid-wicket to complete the West Indies' chase. What a display of batting this has been! Simply stunning.
18.2 Deepak Chahar to Lendl Simmons. Yorker, outside off stump on the front foot Steer, to short third man for 1 run, fielded by Chahal.
18.1 Deepak Chahar to Lendl Simmons. Yorker, outside off stump on the front foot Steer, to second slip for no runs, fielded by Pant.
Booooommmm!! Pooran smacks another into the crowd!
Bhuvneshwar drifts onto the pads and Pooran absolutely smokes it over square leg for six. That sounded so sweet off the bat! Wow, this boy is special! And, the fat lady has entered the stadium and has started humming!

17.2 Bhuvneshwar Kumar to Nicholas Pooran. Slower ball back of a length, down leg side on the back foot working, to mid wicket for 1 run, fielded by Sharma.
17.1 FOUR! Bhuvneshwar Kumar to Nicholas Pooran. Length ball, off stump on the front foot driving, well timed past deep extra cover for 4 runs. Crunched to the fence, Pooran doesn't want to finish this in singles. He is going to keep smashing it until this is done and dusted.
Simmons with another six!
Simmons goes deep into his crease and pumps a full delivery over long off for yet another maximum. That was hit with such power! West Indies now need less than run-a-ball.
Is that the final nail in India's coffin?

Chahar outfoxes Pooran with the knuckle ball but the batsman still continues with his shot. He mistimes it horribly and the ball goes way up in the night sky. Shreyas tries to come around from long-on but the ball just eludes his despairing dive.
16.2 APPEAL! Deepak Chahar to Nicholas Pooran. Length ball, middle stump on the front foot driving, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to long off for 2 runs, fielded by Rahul, appeal made for Run Out.

Simmons ends the 16th over with a boundary!
Simmons skips down the track and crashes a cover drive over the fielder at cover for another boundary. That makes it 15 off Bhuvneshwar's over and the West Indies now require only 29 runs from 24 deliveries. They are doing it at a canter now.
