Netherlands A won the toss and elected to bat first. They were bowled out for a partly 105 runs in 28.5 overs. The batters failed to get going and ended up with a below-par total on the cards. Talking about Ireland's bowling, Graeme McCarter picked up six wickets in 9.5 overs for 32 runs while Ben White struck thrice in six overs and conceded 16 runs. Craig Young picked up one wicket to his name. Peter Chase and Shane Getkate, who bowled four and two overs, respectively went wicketless. 

Coming out to chase 106, Ireland Wolves lost the wicket of James McCollum for a duck. They even lost the services of Willaim Porterfield early during the chase. Stephen Doheny, George Dockrell and Tim Tector scored seven boundaries in total, which came in as a great help of the side to get the runs on the board. 

Harry Tector remained unbeaten during his 50-ball 57 runs knocks, which proved to be very crucial for his side as they overcame the Netherlands A bowlers to get past the line by five wickets. He belted 9 fours and a six during his knock. The 21-year-old batsman scored three consecutive fours in the 21st over followed by a six to finish things in style.

Ryan Klein was economical during his spell as he conceded just 15 runs from seven overs. The youngster scalped two wickets and delivered two maiden overs as well. Bas de Leede, Philippe Boissevain and Aryan Dutt got one wicket each to their names.

With a victory, Ireland Wolves win the series 2-1 against Netherlands A.
