Jamaica Tallawahs thump St Kitts And Nevis Patriots by 37 runs and move up to third position in the overall standings !
That viewers brings us to the end of the game between Jamaica Tallawahs and St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. Starting off the chase with a dot ball, Patriots lost a wicket in the very second over of the game as Fidel Edwards sends Chris Lynn's stumps for a stroll. Then, Kieran Powell and Denesh Ramdin try to steady out the innings with a decent partnership but the joy is short lived as Patriots lost 3 wickets for just 10 runs. They went from 42/2 after 7 overs to 52/2 after 11 overs. This explains the way middle order of the Patriots batted this game. The Tallawahs have been brilliant with the ball right from the start. They bowled tight lines and stuck to the basics, they did not want to give away runs in form of freebies and kept things really confined.  The wicket did not help the batsmen either and the quick fall of wickets put the Patriots under extreme pressure. Powell was the highest scorer for the Patriots as he scored 21 runs off 27 balls and built a partnership of 35 with Denesh Ramdin.

Carlos Brathwaite picked up a 3-fer and Mujeeb Ur Rahman picked up 1 wicket while the rest of the bowlers picked up 2 a piece as they collectively bowl out St Kitts and Nevis Patriots for 110 and seal the game for Jamaica Tallawahs and move up to third place in the overall standings.

Glen Phillips is elated as he picks up his Man Of The Match award for his heroic innings of 79 runs in just 61 deliveries which consisted of 2 fours and 6 maximum hits.

That is it form us here at Sportskeeda, Ladies and Gentlemen. We hope you enjoyed our coverage of the game. Do join us for the games later today as we bring ball by ball updates. Till then, this is Manoj Sarma and my partner Prashanth Satish signing off. Stay Safe!
19.4 Carlos Brathwaite to Imran Khan, OUT! Full-delivery this time and Imran Khan creams the drive straight into the hands of the fielder at covers. JT win by 37 runs and pick up a very crucial two points!
19.3 Carlos Brathwaite to Imran Khan, slower ball outside off-stump and Khan looking to heave it away gets an inside edge that rolls to the keeper.
19.2 Carlos Brathwaite to Jon-Russ Jaggesar, slower ball on stump line and Jaggesar plays it to square-leg for a single.
19.1 Carlos Brathwaite to Imran Khan, full-length ball on stump line and Khan drives that one down the ground for a single.
Alright then, this game boils down to the final over of the game. Need 40 runs off 6 balls. Brathwaite to bowl.
18.6 Fidel Edwards to Imran Khan, short of a length delivery outside off-stump and pulled away towards long-on for a single this time.
18.5 Fidel Edwards to Jon-Russ Jaggesar, full-toss on stump line and Jaggesar plays it deep square-leg for a single.
18.4 Fidel Edwards to Imran Khan, full-length delivery in the blockhole and Khan keeps it out onto the off-side for a quick single.
18.3 Fidel Edwards to Imran Khan, FOUR! Good-length ball outside off-stump and Imran Khan makes room for himself and uses the pace to send it past the fielder at point for a boundary. If you cannot win the game, try to lose the game with very little margin said MS Dhoni in one of his conferences. That is what the duo here are trying to do.
18.2 Fidel Edwards to Jon-Russ Jaggesar, good-length delivery outside off-stump driven to covers for a quick single.
18.1 Fidel Edwards to Imran Khan, full-length delivery outside off-stump and Imran guides it past point for a single.
End of the over. 8 runs from it. 99/9 after 18. Need 49 runs off 12 balls.
17.6 Sandeep Lamichhane to Jon-Russ Jaggesar, tossed up again on off-stump and defended back to the bowler.
17.5 Sandeep Lamichhane to Jon-Russ Jaggesar, tossed up delivery played into the off-side. Wants to play out the overs here.
17.4 Sandeep Lamichhane to Jon-Russ Jaggesar, a slider on the pads this time and he misses out on it
17.3 Sandeep Lamichhane to Jon-Russ Jaggesar, tossed up delivery on off-stump played with soft hands into the off-side for a single and courtesy an overthrow they get a double.
17.2 Sandeep Lamichhane to Ish Sodhi, OUT! BOWLED! Slowed this one down, a googly as well and Sodhi was through the shot early as he is beaten all ends up and is clean bowled. End of that came from Sodhi! YOU MISS I HIT ! GOOGLIED him into the pavilion, Lamichhane. Sharp turn!
17.1 Sandeep Lamichhane to Ish Sodhi, SIX! Tossed up and Sodhi gives it the full throttle as he pumps it over long-on for a maximum. A little too late for the Patriots liking.
17 overs gone and Patriots are 91/8. Need 57 runs off 18 balls. This looks like curtains for Patriots.
