The artificial turf here at the Ypsonas cricket ground had favoured the batsmen in one of thr previous leg played here. The trend is expected to continue and the bowlers will have to again rely on their change of pace to outfox the batsmen.
According to Accuweather, the weather will be warm and sunny with no chance of precipitation. The maximum temperature is expected to be 34 degree centigrade with humidity around 45 percent. Expect a full 20-over game of cricket.
Penultimate game of the day and both Nicosia Tigers and Sri Lankan Lions will be starting their campaign with this match. The Sri Lankan Lions look stronger on the paper, however, looks can be deceiving and it will all boil down to which team executes their skills better in the middle.

The two teams will have seen after watching the two games that batting is easy but the bowlers need to constantly chop and change things. Employing the services of medium-pacers who can vary their pace at all times seems like the best bet on this track.
A well deserved victory for the Nicosia Tigers CC in end as they dominate through this innings as well. The only batter who could keep going for the Sri Lankan Lions Limassol CC was BLCS Kumara who kept them in the hunt as he made 66 runs in 32 balls. Unfortunatly there was no one apart from him who looked upto the task to take Sri Lankan Lions Limassol CC accross the line as once he departed it seemed preety much game over for them.
The Sri Lankan Lions Limassol CC will surely be looking back at the extras they gave and also refect on the last over which yielded 25 runs for Nicosia Tigers CC and surely turend out to be a the differenciating factor for them in the end.
That's it for this game everyone!! We hope that you enjoyed this live coverage between Sri Lankan Lions Limassol CC and Nicosia Tigers CC.
