South Africa 164/8 (20 ov)
Pakistan 169/6 (18.4 ov)
Pakistan won by 4 wickets
Player of the match: Mohammad Nawaz
South Africa comes to Pakistan after 14 long years and has put up a good display in parts. They have swept away 2-0 in the test matches and then were absolutely good in the T20 series snatching the series 2-1. That's a wrap then from this series as my colleague, Bala, and I, Lavil Saldanha bid adieu to each one of our viewers. Do check Sportskeeda for all the live matches and latest news pieces. till then, GOODBYE!!!
Babar Azam: The bowling was spot on. Miler gave us some chills down the spine and played a really good inning. The focus was on building partnerships and taking the game deep. Everyone in the team from the youngsters and comeback men played exceptionally well and gave their 100 percent. Want to thank South Africa for coming to our shores and playing an exciting series
Mohammad Rizwan is the player of the series for his 197 runs in 3 matches

Mohammed Rizwan (loosely translated ):
All thanks to the almighty, never thought that there is anything as form and I have been working really well and hard for this. Before this, it was difficult for me to perform coming lower down the order. Will be really happy to end the series with a little high.
Mohammad Nawaz is the player of the match for his 2/13 in 2 overs along with his handy knock of 18 runs

Mohammed Nawaz
(loosely translated): It was tough, but I prepared in the offseason and brought the performance along with me. Wasn't much pressure in the bowling today as the conditions were more hostile for bowling. Had no pressure with the bat in hand as I took the bowling confidence and translated it really well
Heinrich Klassen: A tough loss to swallow this one. The collapse was something we didn't expect as it all started with my wicket. I take full responsibility for the collapse that happened. David Miller was a shining return in the final match of the series as he fought back and in some style. It was a good fight with the ball in hand too but wasn't enough. Won't cite dew as a factor here as we were well prepared beforehand for it. Good learning for the new boys on the tour as we have as a group in learned many things in the sub-continent conditions
Pakistan win the match by 4 wickets

This has been a well-sped chase from Pakistan. They had a good start up front, had a little down phase during the middle overs but then accelerated to a win with a solid effort from the middle order and their lower order. They will now take the 2-1 series win, their second win against the Proteas

The start was really good for Pakistan as Haider Ali and Mohammad Rizwan got up and running with the willow in hand, scoring 50 runs in the first 6 overs of the powerplay and having a good start as Mohammed Rizwan crossed the 30 run mark for the third time on the trot.

The downward slide started off later in the innings as Shamsi began scripting a downfall, starting with the wicket of Haider Ali. He later stemmed the flow of runs and then took wickets as he later took the wicket of Mohammed Rizwan. Other bowlers got in the party as Pretorious accounted for Babar Azam. Shamsi then accounted for Hussain Talat and Asif Ali as he was joined by Fortuin, who also took the wicket of Faheem Ashraf in the crunch moments of the game.

When the chase looked impossible at one point in time, Hasan Ali and Mohammad Nawaz took control and then chased down the target of 28 runs in 3 overs as they on the match and the series to their name.

Tabraiz Shamsi was the pick of the bowlers as Shamsi tricked the batsmen really well and bowled them through the gate more often than not, breaking their stumps. He was accompanied by Dwaine Pretorious and Fortuin who returned with a wicket each
18.4 Andile Phehlukwayo to Hasan Ali, SIX! Game, set and match, Pakistan! Low full toss on the pads, helps the ball along the way over the square leg fence. Hasan Ali finishes it off in style
18.3 Andile Phehlukwayo to Hasan Ali, FOUR! Length ball outside the off-stump, Hasan Ali goes for the glory shot and gets the outside edge. it evades the fielder at short thirdman and runs away to the boundary. Just 2 required now
18.2 Andile Phehlukwayo to Muhammad Nawaz, short and wide outside the off-stump, crunches it through point to the fielder in the deep
18.2 Andile Phehlukwayo to Muhammad Nawaz, goes for the wide yorker and gets it horribly wrong, way outside the tramline
18.1 Andile Phehlukwayo to Hasan Ali, finds the blockhole this time, squeezes it down to long-off for a single
18.1 Andile Phehlukwayo to Hasan Ali, SIX! Off a NO BALL! The start of the over cannot get worse! Full toss over the waist, Hasan Ali pulls it over the square leg fence for a six. And a FREE HIT to come
The chase is getting out of hands for Pakistan. They have a huge task at hand and will look to try hard to get the runs and chase down the total. If Nawaz continues to bat the same way, they will look at a probable possibility of a win as they no need 16 runs in 12 balls

Andile Pheklukwayo will bowl the all-important 19th over
Over: 18 | Summary: 1w 0 2 1 4 0 4 Bowler: Andile Phehlukwayo Score: 149/6
17.6 Dwaine Pretorius to Muhammad Nawaz, FOUR! Slower off-cutter with plenty of width outside the off-stump, flays it away through point on the front foot. Perfectly timed and the fielder at the boundary has no chance to get to that
17.5 Dwaine Pretorius to Muhammad Nawaz, slower ball wide of off-stump, stays just inside the tramline
17.4 Dwaine Pretorius to Muhammad Nawaz, FOUR! Slower ball full on off-stump, tries to go hard through covers and gets a bottom edge which runs really fine to the boundary
17.3 Dwaine Pretorius to Hasan Ali, slower and full on the off-stump, nails it down the ground to long-on
17.2 Dwaine Pretorius to Hasan Ali, slower ball wide of off-stump, drives it through the square into the gap on the off-side. The fielder at deep backward point runs around to cut the ball off as they run a couple
17.2 Dwaine Pretorius to Hasan Ali, tries to back away but Pretorius bowls full and wide. The umpire calls it a wide though. It might have been just inside the tramline
