For now, it is curtains from us at Sportskeeda and do not forget to switch over to the live coverage of SRH vs KKR on Sportskeeda. KKR are now almost assured of a spot in the playoffs as well. This is Tejas signing off and thanks to my co-commentator Srihari along with the entire Sportskeeda Cricket team as well. Au revoir!
Well, that is it, RR will have to wait till tomorrow to find out their fate. On the other hand, RCB will have to wait as well, not just tomorrow but till the next year to find the balance and application to make the most of the IPL campaign.
Shreyas Iyer says, "It is great and it was pressure game for both the teams. Second time I got AB out and there is not a set plan you can have for him due to the amazing shots he plays. I got some help from the wicket and use the flipper and googly against him. Sodhi is like my brother now and the effort he puts into the ball is something I want to learn."
Man of the Match - Shreyas Gopal
Ajinkya Rahane says, "They had a strong batting line up and decided that if we get wickets in the middle overs then it will be good. The intent with Archer on top was to go positively and make our batting look deeper. The NRR is important but we need to play good cricket and not to forget Klaasen's innings. It is important to enjoy this victory and stay positive."

FBB Stylish player of the match - Rahul Tripathi
Tata Nexon Superstriker of the match - Parthiv Patel

Time for the presentations
Talk about composure and calmness and Ajinkya is a perfect example for it. He never pressurized himself nor his team when they were going for runs and the leg-spinners won the game for them. They will now have to play the waiting game and hope none of KXIP and MI win their respective fixtures tomorrow. Such a stressful day tomorrow.
Who else but the Bangalore lad Shreyas Gopal who sent his home team packing. He was all over the RCB batsmen who showcased zero application today apart from some brilliant batting from ABD. Once Parthiv Patel got out, it was a downward spiral for RCB. They never really got back into the game and it has hit them hard. Kohli will be a disappointed man here. 11 years with RCB and 0 IPL trophies. The slogan 'Ee sala cup namde' shall finally come to an end for all the RCB fans.
Virat Kohli says, "We were not great. We needed smart decision making and shouldn't be done by five to six guys in a row. We wanted to strengthen the middle order and we need to be smart about how we compose the game. Guys need to step up at the right times and apart from AB nobody turned. Quite a positives, Moeen gave us the balance and disappointed not to win this game. Good luck to all the teams out there."
RR reach 14 points and will have to wait for MI and KXIP to lose their respective games now. Out and out this has been a magnificent fixture today.
19.2 Unadkat to Siraj, OUT, Siraj goes for the big one and he picks out Samson at deep mid-wicket, who spills it but K Gowtham gets the catch. RR beat RCB by 30 runs and remain alive in the competition.
19.1 Unadkat to Siraj, FOUR, Siraj goes for the reverse sweep and just beats the fielder at short third man and that races away to the boundary. This will make no difference, just showcases Siraj's ability with the bat.
The last over coming up now. RR are 6 balls away from reaching 14 points and haven't they done well to get there. Simply fantastic stuff from the team
Over 19 RCB: 130/9(RR 6.84) Bowler: J Archer Sum..: lb . 1 . . .
18.6 Archer to Chahal, no run, another beautiful yorker but Chahal digs that out. Archer finishes wicketless but he comes back brilliantly and he nails his yorkers at the death once again.
18.5 Archer to Chahal, no run, slightly short from Archer and Chahal hits that onto his pads and that is another dot ball.
18.4 Archer to Chahal, no run, another excellent yorker on leg stump. Chahal keeps that to square leg.
18.3 Archer to Siraj, 1 run, Siraj smashes that straight at Archer, who stops that but they sneak a single.
18.2 Archer to Siraj, no run, Siraj goes for the scoop and falls away to the off-side but he can't connect. Another dot ball.
18.1 Archer to Chahal, 1 legbye, Archer nails his leg stump yorker but that is going down leg and that should have been a run-out but the keeper misses.
RCB have successfully made a mess of this chase. Maybe Kohli needs a tip or two about chasing in the shortest format of the game from MSD who looks to take it to the very end.
Over 18 RCB: 128/9(RR 7.11) Bowler: J Unadkat Sum..: 1 4 1 1 . W
17.6 Unadkat to Southee, OUT, Southee picks out K Gowtham at deep mid-wicket and RCB are nine down. This was a slower one and Southee backed himself to clear the fence but he fails. It is the Karnataka lad Gowtham who takes the catch as well. Last man walks out now
17.5 Unadkat to Southee, no run, another slower one from Unadkat but this is wide and Southee goes for a wild slog but makes no contact with the ball.
17.4 Unadkat to Siraj, 1 run, that was full and outside off and Siraj just lofts that over cover for a single.
