Things are going from bad to worse for RCB. Nothing is going right. They had the game in the bag and Andre Russell just stole one with some brutal hitting. That's it then from this game. Hope you enjoyed our live coverage and join us for the double header tomorrow, it's CSK vs KXIP and SRH vs MI. Until then, it's a goodbye from us!
Andre Russell (Man of the Match): I was confident when I walked out. DK said we need to have a look and see what the wicket is doing. I was watching from the TV and knew what the wicket was doing. I had just one mindset and we needed 60-odd runs when I went in. That's the nature of T20 cricket and one over changes the momentum. No ground is big for me and I trust my power and I have a good bat speed.
Dinesh Karthik: Those kind of knocks, you don't talk much. We try to create an atmosphere where he's happy and he's giving his best for the team. The ball was gripping and it was hard to take on the spinners. But it coming on nicely against the fast bowlers. We need to start looking to bowl better as well. The way spinners bowled and Lynn batted were the positives.
Virat Kohli: The last four overs we bowled is not acceptable. If we bowl like that and don't show composure we deserve to be where we are on the table. We needed to be more clever, nothing came off and we just cracked under pressure. I wasn't happy getting out at that moment, we could've got 20-25 runs more. But I thought we had enough runs on the board and it's just that we didn't show enough composure. It's been a disappointing season but we are still potimistic about our chances.
And RCB's slump continues! Meanwhile, KKR move to the second spot on the points table.
Phew! What a game and what hitting! Andre Russell has turned it around once again for KKR. 53 off the last three overs and Russell simply walks in and smashes all the RCB bowlers out of the Chinnaswamy. It was set up by Lynn and Uthappa at the top. But their wickets shifted the momentum in RCB's favour. Negi and Chahal bowled really well and pulled it back for the hosts. But it was Russell who took it away with his 13-ball 48 which included 7 massive sixes.

And it's all over! Gill takes a single off the first ball and KKR romp home and add to RCB's woes. It's five losses out of five for Virat Kohli and his men.
19.1 Pawan Negi to Shubman Gill. Stock ball back of a length, to leg on the back foot glancing, to short fine leg for 1 run, fielded by Nath.
29 runs off the over and Russell has absolutely killed this game. Unbelievable hitting and he's brought it down to just one off the final over.
Over 19 KKR: 205/5(RR 10.79) Bowler: T Southee Summary: 1 6 6 6 4 6 |
18.6 SIX! Tim Southee to Andre Russell. Half volley, outside off stump on the front foot driving, well timed in the air under control over long off for 6 runs.
18.5 FOUR! Tim Southee to Andre Russell. Slower ball short, down leg side on the back foot cutting, well timed in the air under control past fine leg for 4 runs.
This is manic hitting from Russell. It's just disappearing and Southee wears a sorry look on his face.
18.4 SIX! Tim Southee to Andre Russell. Full toss, to leg on the front foot slog sweeping, well timed in the air under control over deep mid wicket for 6 runs.
18.3 SIX! Tim Southee to Andre Russell. Back of a length, outside off stump on the back foot cutting, well timed in the air under control over third man for 6 runs.
Length delivery and bang, Russells smashes it out of the park. He's doing it for KKR once again. Southee needs to knock him over here.
18.2 SIX! Tim Southee to Andre Russell. Length ball, outside off stump on the front foot Slog, well timed in the air under control over deep mid wicket for 6 runs.
18.1 Tim Southee to Shubman Gill. Slower length ball, outside off stump on the front foot driving, to long on for 1 run, fielded by Nath.
30 off 12! Don't go anywhere, this is going right down to the wire and it's Russell who has kept this game alive with that 23-run over. Tim Southee has one over to go and will most likely bowl the penultimate over. Who will bowl the last over?
