We had yet another incredible game of cricket between these two evenly matched sides and Ireland ended up on the winning side of this one! With the series levelled at 1-1, the 3rd ODI will be of paramount importance as it will be all to play for! The atmosphere at the Harare Sports Club has been throughout this tour and we don't expect it to be any different for the last game of the series. Don't forget to tune into Sportskeeda's live coverage as we take you through the final game of the tour!

Paul Stirling, Ireland Captain- The wicket tended to get a bit slower and harder in the back end and it worked to our advantage. I think we would have fielded first as well. Harry Tector has been having a dream run, and hopefully it continues for him. We haven't got the job done yet and will have to win the last game and give the remaining 20 percent of the effort.

Josh Little Player of the Match- It is a great feeling managing to close this game out after having failed to get the win in the first game. I always look to contribute in whatever way possible and my efforts in the field are a part of that as well. Would have loved to bowl on this surface first up but then certain things are not in our control. Overall a great game for us and hopefully we can carry forward the momentum from here.

Sikandar Raza (stand-in skipper for Zimbabwe): I think we bowled really well given the start they had so much credit to the bowlers. The senior players got off to starts but couldn't get to a big score so that cost us the game. We did not tick many batting boxes today. Had one of the set batters kicked off, we would have had a good chance. We went with four seamers, our strength relies on swing so bowling first seemed like the better option since more movement is on offer in the first innings.

Right so, Ireland have pulled off an incredible win here and they've kept themselves alive in the series! Zimbabwe will be really disappointed having lost this one since at one stage they were ahead of the game. They got off to a horrid start with Marumani being lbw in just the second ball of the game but they recovered well thanks to a 89 run second wicket partnership between Inncoent Kaia and Chamu Chibhabha!

Once the partnership was broken, Ireland kept chipping away at the wickets! Almost all the Zimbabwean batters got themselves in but none of them could go on to play an innings of the standard of Tector or Doheny! Sikandar Raza and Ryan Burl threatened to take the game away from Ireland but were unfortunately dismissed at the wrong time for the Chevrons. Garry Ballance labored hard for his 52 but he failed to find the boundaries which increased the pressure on the Zimbabwe. Towards the end, the tail enders fell quite cheaply as Zimbabwe well short of the total.

Josh Little was the star of the show for the Irish as he knocked the stuffing out of the Chevrons batting lineup! He ended with career best figures of 4/38 and there were some absolute peaches in that, especially the one that got Clive Madande. He was ably supported by the other two seamers Mark Adair and Graham Hume, who bounced back well after getting a tap initially. Andy McBrine was brilliant too for Ireland as he bowled with a lot of heart and choked the flow of runs during the crucial middle stages of the innings.

Ireland will be really satisfied with their effort as they were really unlucky to have lost out on a close one in the first game! Zimbabwe will have a lot to worry about though! With Craig Ervine out of the series decider, their batters will have to take a lot more responsibility and convert those starts into big knocks just like Harry Tector or Stephen Doheny did for Ireland.
