BEN vs GOA Match Result -
Bengaluru
3 - 0
FT
Goa
Juanan 50'
U. Singh 58'
N. Fedor 69'
Full time at Kanteerava and Miku gets involved in a tussle with Hugo Boumous.
That won't bother him anyway as he delivered a stellar show for Bengaluru in their 3-0 win with just 10 men.
Bengaluru really turned up in this second half and exposed Goa's frailties. Udanta Singh, Juanan and Miku find themselves on the scoresheet for Bengaluru as they reclaim their top spot on the ISL table with a 3-point lead over Goa.
That's it from me, Aravind Suchindran. Hope you enjoyed the second half of what was a game for the ages for BFC.
Tomorrow, we'll have 'Game of the Week (according to Star Sports)' between ATK and Mumbai City so log back in.
90+3' Bengaluru take their own sweet time to play a corner and Ahmed Jahouh gets a yellow.
Yellow - Ahmed Jahouh (FC Goa)
Four minutes added. Speaking of 4, can Bengaluru get their fourth?
89' Substitution - Bengaluru FC
OFF - Udanta Singh
ON - Kean Lewis
86' OFF THE FRAME!
And it's Bengaluru FC this time.
But it's a cross from the right really from Gursimrat, which rolls away after hitting the crossbar.
84' Substitution - Bengaluru FC
OFF - Gursimrat Singh Gill
ON - Rino Anto
83' Second free-kick for Bengaluru as Carlos Pena pulls Miku down again and finally receives a booking
Yellow - Carlos Pena (FC Goa)
83' There's activity on the Bengaluru bench with defender Gursimrat expected to come on.
Free-kick for BFC as Miku is dragged down.
78' GLOVED AWAY!
Zaid Krouch has an attempt at the left and fires to the near post but Gurpreet dives low and pushes it out.
76' Substitution - Bengaluru FC
OFF - Luisma Villa
ON - Boithang Haokip
74' JEEEEZ! HIT TO THE MOON.
Coro pounces on a poor back pass, gets Gurpreet to commit to a dive and rushes across the box. He cuts it back for Hugo Boumous, who has an open goal in front of him, but strikes way over!
73' Substitution - FC Goa
OFF - Jackichand Singh
ON - Zaid Krouch
72' Yellow - Brandon Fernandes (FC Goa)
71' Change for FC Goa.
OFF - Edu Bedia
ON - Mohamed Ali
69' THREE DOWN. GAME OVER?
What a game this is turning out to be.
Miku easily slips past Lenny Rodrigues, finds all the space he needs and curls it into the right post from 30 yards out.
67' OFF THE BAR!
How unlucky!
Brandon steals an attempt after Corominas dribbles into the box in a flash. But the shot bounces off the crossbar.
This is the second time that Goa are denied by the frame.
66' So many blue jerseys get behind, denying Goa any chance.
Mandar's effort is blocked, Brandon cannot get the cross in, Corominas not given space.
63' WAS THAT A PENALTY?
Miku is all by himself in the box, under pressure from Carlos Pena with Mandar tracking back.
He claims Carlos Pena dragged him down by pulling the shirt but the referee is not interested!
61' Count them cards as ref Pranjal Banerjee shows another one to a guy in a blue jersey.
Yellow - Harmanjot Khabra (Bengaluru FC)
58' TWO-NIL! SUCKER PUNCH!
Bengaluru deliver a blow to Goa with just 10 men and that stems from a wonderful move by Miku.
Miku plays it forward to Dimas Delgado, who lobs it to the right to give Udanta a chase.
Udanta is happy to take it. Meets the ball with a fine touch, takes one touch to control it and slot it into the back of the net.
56' Substitution - FC Goa
Fall goes out thanking Naveen Kumar for that save.
OFF - Mourtada Fall
ON - Hugo Boumous
55' SAVE!
And that's a vital one by Naveen Kumar.
Poor header by Mourtada Fall, who tries to play Carlos Pena.
The Goan defender doesn't realise Miku is lurking and the BFC striker pounces and unleashes a shot but Naveen gets an emphatic block on the shot.
50' GOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLL!
Goa won't get their sixth consecutive clean sheet as Juanan smashes home from near.
Xisco drops a cross into the box for Miku, who flicks it behind for Juanan to power it past Naveen Kumar.
The team with 10 men lead here!
47' Juanan gets close with a header off a free-kick by Dimas Delgado, but it's gone out.
A Bengaluru player tries to push it back it but ref Pranjal Banerjee signals for the goal-kick.
46' Goa get the second half underway.
How many more cards in these 45 minutes?
Half time at the Kanteerava.
Bengaluru coach Carles Cuadrat argues with the ref over the red card to Nishu Kumar and Carlos Pena gets involved, before assistant coach Gerard Zaragoza intervenes.
A rash booking for Nishu at the end of the half and the hosts will have a lot to complain about.
No side has found the back of net so far with Goa coming close through Ahmed Jahouh's effort, which bounced back from the inside of the left post.
All this sets up for an exciting second half so don't go anywhere!
45+1' SAVE!
Xisco's take is flicked behind by Harmanjot Khabra and we held our breath thinking the deadlock is finally broken here.
But Naveen Kumar pulls off a fine save.
45+1' Luisma goes rolling 4 times after clipping his foot with Mandar.
Yellow - Mandar Rao Dessai (FC Goa)
Two minutes added. And wait, we may have another booking here.
42' BENGALURU ARE DOWN TO 10!
What a rookie mistake by Nishu Kumar.
Already on a yellow, he towers over his marker and wins the header, which referee Pranjal Banerjee sees as a bookable offence.
The card goes up, probably because of the protest after the ref had signaled a free-kick. He shouldn't have reacted that way.
41' There's a flurry of sliding tackles and both sides lose the ball.
Dimas Delgado then gets an elbow on Seriton and escapes a booking.
36' CHANCE!
Goa break on the counter after Udanta is dispossessed. Corominas plays it through to Brandon but a poor first touch lets him down and Luisma slides in with a tackle.
Should have been a goal kick but the referee signals for a corner.
31' Next, it's Mandar who steps past Rino Anto with the Bengaluru full-back dragging his foot out and entering the ref's book.
Yellow - Rino Anto (Bengaluru FC)
Gurpreet then punches that free-kick by Brandon away for a corner.
29' Wonderful ball by Ahmed Jahouh, lobbing it to Jackichand Singh on the right. He plays it back for Seriton, who waits for Luisma to commit before dropping a cross, which is poor.
25' Jackichand tricks his way around Nishu Kumar, who drags him back with an arm. That brings up the first card of the game.
Yellow - Nishu Kumar (Bengaluru FC)
21' Poor finish.
Easy chase for Udanta Singh, who drags it back from the right for Xisco.
The midfielder doesn't time his shot well but Bengaluru win a corner because of a deflection.
19' Sent through!
Xisco
does well, chips it over the Goan defenders from the edge of the box for Miku but the Venezuelan miscues his shot under pressure from Pena.
Seconds before, Miku with a 360 in the middle of the park and fires it towards the goal. An easy pick for Naveen.
16' SHOT!
Bengaluru keep the high pressure going. Luisma dispossesses Lenny Rodrigues from behind and the shot is nicely set up for Xisco.
Naveen Kumar picks.
13' It's been a battle in the midfield between the two sides. Bengaluru pressing high now.
9' The Flash, Udanta Singh, receives a lovely through-ball from Miku.
The Bengaluru FC winger again tries to get the better of Mandar and rolls it to the centre, but it's at his opponent Mourtada Fall.
6' Udanta tries to wriggle past Carlos Pena and Mandar.
Pena pulls the Bengaluru FC winger's jersey but the ball rolls away for a corner.
Oh wait, no. It's a goal kick.
4' POST!
Goa get going already. And it's that man Ahmed Jahouh, who fires from distance, but it comes off the left post and Bengaluru breathe easy.
Jackichand Singh, ready for the rebound, hesitates thinking he's offside.
Gurpreet then collects.
1' PEEEEEEEP!
Bengaluru looking to snap their poor run and regain their spot as the leaders while Goa eye to break a defensive record by maintaining a clean sheet. We're set for a cracker of a contest here.
Referee - Pranjal Banerjee.
Change in fortunes.
Under Sergio Lobera last season, Goa kept only 2 clean sheets. However, this time they already have 7 clean sheets, the joint most alongside Mumbai City and NorthEast United.
That's some improvement.

Kick-off coming up!
Corominas is the only striker to have scored a hat-trick against Bengaluru FC, which came in the first clash between the two sides in the 2017-18 season. He has not scored in the last 2 games against Bengaluru.
FC Goa are unchanged from that 3-0 win over Kerala Blasters.
Rino Anto comes in for the suspended Albert Serran in the defence. Luisma Villa for Boitang Haokip in the attack.
But there's no Sunil Chhetri in the squad.
Bengaluru bench: Soram Poirei, Gursimrat Singh, Sairuat Kima, Boithang Haokip, Kean Lewis, Edmund Lalrindika, Semboi Haokip

Goa bench: Mohammad Nawaz, Chinglensana Singh, Mohamed Ali, Hugo Boumous, Pratesh Shirodkar, Zaid Krouch, Manvir Singh
Line-ups:

Bengaluru Playing XI
: Gurpreet Singh Sandhu (GK), Rino Anto, Rahul Bheke, Juanan, Nishu Kumar, Harmanjot Khabra, Dimas Delgado, Udanta Singh, Luisma Villa, Xisco Hernandez, Miku.

Goa Playing XI: Naveen Kumar, Seriton Fernandes, Mourtada Fall, Carlos Pena, Mandar Rao Dessai (c), Ahmed Jahouh, Lenny Rodrigues, Jackichand Singh, Edu Bedia, Brandon Fernandes, Ferran Corominas
Even though Gurpreet Singh Sandhu has made 50 saves, the most by any goalkeeper, his form has been poor. He was guilty of 2 howlers, which helped Delhi Dynamos defeat Bengaluru 3-2.
It will be crucial for Gurpreet to regain his touch in the Bengaluru v Goa ISL Live match.
Ferran Corominas, the topscorer in the ISL with 32 goals, leads Sunil Chhetri by 3 goals.
Can the Indian talisman catch up to the Spaniard with a couple of goals in the Bengaluru v Goa ISL Live match?
Consistency.
Goa have made the ISL semifinals 4 times in 5 seasons. They couldn't make the playoffs in 2016.
Bengaluru, who joined the ISL last season, had qualified in ISL 4 as well.
Bengaluru qualified with 3 games to spare like last season after Jamshedpur lost to Pune City a couple of days ago. Goa, on the other hand, sealed their playoffs berth with a 3-0 win over Kerala Blasters
The Bengaluru v Goa ISL Live match will be a contest for the top spot of the ISL table. No side has topped the table twice in the ISL.
Did you know?
Edu Bedia has played against Dimas Delgado during UD Salmanca's La Liga Segunda Division game in the 2010/11 season against CD Numancia. Delgado scored Numancia's winner in that match.
These two will have a key role to play in the Bengaluru v Goa ISL Live match tonight.
Bengaluru have conceded 9 goals in the second phase of the ISL, the highest in the league. Goa have conceded zero.
If Goa manage a win over Bengaluru, it will be their 10th win of the season. Apart from Bengaluru, who won 13 matches in the league stage of ISL 4, no other side has managed more than 10 wins.
Goa are close to breaking the record of the most number of successive clean sheets. They are tied with Mumbai City's 2014 feat of maintaining 5 clean sheets in a row.
Can they maintain another clean sheet in the Bengaluru v Goa ISL Live game tonight?
Probable Line-ups:

Bengaluru Probable XI:

Bengaluru v Goa ISL Preview:

It will be a clash for the top spot on the Indian Super League (ISL) table when Bengaluru FC host FC Goa at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium on Thursday.

Bengaluru and Goa are both locked on 31 points in 16 games with only 2 games left for each side in the league stages. Right now, Goa are top because of their superior goal difference of +18 compared to Bengaluru's +8.

Teams equal on points are separated by goal difference and once the league stage ends, the head-to-head record of the teams locked on points comes into play.

Bengaluru had beaten Goa 3-1 at the Fatorda Stadium and if they gain the head-to-head superiority against the Gaurs, they can take it easy in the final league game against Jamshedpur.

However, breaching the Goan defence has proven really tough in recent times. Goa have maintained 5 successive clean sheets, which only Mumbai City had managed in the 2015 season.

Apart from Goa's favourable defensive record, Bengaluru are struggling to eke out wins. Their last victory came four matches ago against NorthEast. Since then, they drew with Kerala Blasters and lost to Chennaiyin FC and Delhi Dynamos.

One of the reasons for Bengaluru's poor display has been due to the defensive blunders from goalkeeper Gurpreet Singh Sandhu and defenders Albert Serran and Rino Anto.

Gurpreet has to stay focused against the highly attacking opponents he will be up against on Thursday. Goa are the highest goalscorers in the league with 35 goals, 10 more than second-placed Bengaluru. Their striker Ferran Corominas is the highest goalscorer in the ISL (32 goals) and this season (14 goals).

His teammate in the midfield Edu Bedia has also climbed up the goalscorers' list with 7 goals this season, just one behind Bengaluru's topscorer Sunil Chhetri.

The defences of both these sides will be tested on Thursday. Who will triumph?

When and where to watch: The Bengaluru v Goa ISL Live match will be telecast on Star Sports Network. The Live streaming is on Hotstar and Jio TV. The kick-off is at 7.30 pm IST.
