FT : INDIA 0-4 GHANA

It's Full Time in New Delhi as India's World Cup Surge has come to an end. India got off to a brilliant start, earning a corner in the first minute. Ghana got the lead just before half time, which broke all the morales of India.

India looked clueless in the second half as they conceded three goals in quick succession.

Boys are in tears but nothing can help it. It's all over and nothing to take away from the Boys.

They have put their 100% and the whole Country is proud of them.

Ghana qualifies to the Round of 16 as Group Toppers. USA and Colombia also qualifies as 2nd and 3rd Placed Teams respectively.
We wish the India U-17, all the best for the future.

Thanks for tuning into Sportskeeda for the Coverage. It is Sayak signing off! Good Night.

Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the FIFA U17 World Cup 2017.

Today's big match features India who are in a last-chance saloon as far as their hopes of progressing into the knockouts are concerned. They take on a Ghana side who, despite dominating for long periods, succumbed to a 1-0 loss to the USA last time out.

After a spirited performance against Colombia in their second Group A game, India will look to get the better of Ghana today, although the prospect of that happening is extremely bleak. Ghana, on the other hand, have had the most shots of all the teams in the group and are due a big goalscoring display.

India's star defender Anwar Ali is doubtful for today's game after nursing a few knocks post the Colombia game. That said, Jitendra Singh will be on hand to replace him if the need arises.

The match kicks off at 8 pm Indian Standard Time at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi.
