We’ve been working hard in the break," stated Lobera.

FC Goa v Jamshedpur FC Preview:

FC Goa kick-start their second phase of the Indian Super League (ISL) against Jamshedpur FC on Monday, a side that had ruthlessly punished their defensive woes last time around.

Jamshedpur thrashed Goa 4-1 at the JRD Tata Sports Complex Stadium to register their biggest win in the ISL with Michael Soosairaj scoring a brace.

However, JFC have hit a patch after that where they have just been drawing games. They have seven draws - the most for any ISL team - and that sees them placed fifth on the ISL table with 19 points in 12 games. One point separated fourth-placed Goa and JFC but the Gaurs have played only 11 games.

Sergio Lobera's side will seek revenge for the 4-1 humiliation at the Fatorda Stadum on Monday.

Ferran Corominas, the joint highest goalscorer in the ISL with 28 goals, has 10 strikes this season and will be called up by Lobera to get them the three points.

Goa also signed Moroccan midfielder Zaid Krouch in the January transfer window and Lobera is expected to hand him a start on Monday. That apart, Naveen Kumar has joined Goa from Kerala Blasters and it remains to be seen if Mohammad Nawaz is preferred at goal over Naveen.

JFC, on the other hand, signed centre-back Augustin Fernandes and have sent Sanjay Balmuchu to Mumbai City FC. That's the only activity in the transfer market so far from Cesar Ferrando.

JFC, however, need that final push which will get them wins in the ISL. They have quality in Tim Cahill and Soosairaj with Mario Arques and Memo doing well in the midfield for them.

Cahill is the biggest name in the ISL this season but he has found the back of the net only twice so far.

Carlo Calvo is suspended for three games for an alleged racist remark on Delhi Dynamos' Gianni Zuiverloon. The debate is still on whether Calvo deserved a harsher punishment, but Ferrando will be worried more about the threat posed by Edu Bedia, Corominas and Krouch.
