Jamshedpur FC keep their unbeaten home record intact with a well-worked victory over Mumbai City FC at the JRD Tata Sports Complex.
Memo headed the ball into the goal, latching onto the block by Amrinder to score his second ISL goal.
Mumbai City succumbed to their second consecutive defeat but are still second on the table with 27 points. JFC, on the other hand, move up to within one point of fourth-placed NorthEast United with 23 points.

90+5' Mumbai get a last attempt on the counter. But Jamshedpur have their area protected. Rafique gets a shot in and it goes out for a goal-kick. And then, the referee blows the final whistle.
90+4' Cidoncha is warned by the referee for taking time to play a corner and has to accept a card.
Yellow - Sergio Cidoncha (Jamshedpur FC)
Mumbai have four minutes to find an equaliser.
90' Silly booking. Jerry is cautioned for taking a shot after being flagged offside.
Yellow - Jerry Mawihmingthanga (Jamshedpur FC)
88' Amrinder has a moment again.
He ventures out to get to that weak header by Klisura and tries to outsmart Jerry.
The JFC substitute gets the better of him but loses his footing before Amrinder whips it away.
86' Substitution - Jamshedpur FC
OFF - Pablo Morgado
ON - Jerry Mawihmingthanga
85' Mumbai make their final change.
OFF - Vignesh D
ON - Mohammed Rafique
81' Mumbai react immediately.
OFF - Rafael Bastos
ON - Matias Mirabaje
The deadlock is finally broken!
Cidoncha floats a set-piece into the box. Amrinder rushes out to punch it but the ball flows to Memo, who heads it into an open goal even as Amrinder tries to scramble back and push it out.
This is Memo's second goal in the ISL. He scored his first in the 4-1 win over FC Goa. Before that, his last came in the 2007 season of the Brazilian League.
79' Substitution - Jamshedpur FC
OFF - Pratik Chowdhary
ON - Mobashir Rahman
Farukh does well to play a grounded cross from the left. It's beaten everyone but there's no one at the far post to tap it in for Jamshedpur FC.
75' Goian to miss the next game.
The Mumbai City defender clips Morgado and even gets an arm around the JFC attacker. The referee shows him a yellow and he has accumulated four of them, meaning he'll miss Mumbai City's next game against NorthEast United.
Yellow - Lucian Goian (Mumbai City)
Sergio Cidoncha plays a free-kick from the right. Sougou's defensive glance falls to Tiri but it isn't an easy shot for the Jamshedpur FC defender. There was another JFC player at the right post but the danger is averted.
71' It's been all Jamshedpur in this second half but the hosts are unable to put away their chances. Mumbai seem to be just holding on. They have seven clean sheets in the ISL after all.
68' Substitution - Mumbai City
OFF - Bipin Singh
ON - Sanju Pradhan
65' Machado concedes a free-kick in a dangerous position. Cidoncha plays it low into the box and there's a crowd of Jamshedpur players trying to slot it in. But the Mumbai defenders get their bodies in before its whipped away by Sougou.
65' Almost an own goal!
Lucian Goian drags his leg out to nullify that cross by Mario Arques and that was close!
63' Substitution - Jamshedpur FC
OFF - Bikash Jairu
ON - Sumeet Passi
63' Sougou gets in to the book for a nudging Farukh from behind.
Yellow - Modou Sougou (Mumbai City FC)
60' Jamshedpur get in crosses after crosses but none of them were precise. Robin Gurung then sets up Farukh for a shot from the right flank but the winger's attempt takes a deflection and goes out for a corner.
56' It's raining heavily in Jamshedpur and the players are slipping into making some rash tackles. Lucian Goian, this time, clips Mario Arques but nothing comes off the free-kick.
52' Jamshedpur threaten by playing crosses from the flanks. The Mumbai City defence though has been alert and have showed composure in putting them away.
48' Milan Singh commits another foul, this time closer to the box. Cido's set-piece is cleared out but Bipin Singh gives away another free-kick.
46' Second half underway.
Jamshedpur get a free-kick near the half-line because of a foul by Milan Singh. They use it to build up the play.
Goalless at half time but Mumbai City were close to breaking the deadlock on a number of occasions. Paulo Machado was all by himself in the box but miscued his shot. There was that free-kick by Machado as well which was just inches above the crossbar. Subrata Paul saved his side the blushes after rushing out to get that poor back-pass from Pratik Chowdhary away from Modou Sougou.
As for Jamshedpur, Farukh Choudhary and Robin Gurung tried to go for goal from a long range but did not really threaten Amrinder Singh at the goal.
Could that change in the second half? Stay tuned to find out.
Two minutes added.
Pratik's left-footed backpass for Subrata is wayward and Sougou pounces on it.
However, an alert Subrata Paul wins the ball and Sougou needs some treatment after picking up a knock from that tussle.
40' Vignesh D makes a mess of a routine clearance. Jamshedpur forwards were lurking but Amrinder picks it up.
39' Silly passes and dribbles in the midfield result in both sides gifting the ball to their opponents. First it's Farukh for Jamshedpur and then it's Bastos who lose possession.
35' Modou Sougou shows pace down the right and wins the battle with Pratik but the Jamshepur defender clips him from behind.
Yellow - Pratik Chowdhary (Jamshedpur FC)
Sauvik goes for the man and brings Bikash Jairu with a reckless tackle. Referee gets the card out.
Yellow - Sauvik Chakrabarti (Mumbai City FC)
But Machado makes a mess of it.
A quality delivery from Bastos, plays it to the left post for Machado from the edge of the box.
He's all by himself and tries to hit it on the bounce but he lets it fly.
26' Brilliant stuff but poor execution.
Bastos splits the defence open with a wonderful through-ball to Bipin Singh.
Bipin moves in and looks to pass to Sougou, decides against it and goes for goal.
Dhanachandra blocks it with his chest.
23' SHOT!
Farukh goes from distance and the attempt is on target.
But there's not much power in it and Amrinder collects calmly.
18' Tiri rescues Jamshedpur this time with great positional awareness to clear a dangerous cross meant for Sougou.
Mumbai on the attack.
15' CLOSE!
Sougou goes down and Mumbai City are awarded a free-kick from the left.
Paulo Machado's take swirls in dangerously and is only inches above the bar.
14' SHOT!
Dhanachandra finds space 35 yards out and decides to go for it.
He pulls the trigger but the left-footed attempt flows over the ball.
12' Hope rises as Jamshedpur FC have a free-kick from the right. They have, after all, scored 50 per cent of their goals off dead-ball situations. But the ball is played deep into the box by Sergio Cidoncha and goes out for a corner.
The flag-kick is played short and pumped in but Mumbai get it away.
8' Just after that, Robin Gurung shows his frustration on Rafael Bastos and earns himself a booking.
Yellow - Robin Gurung (Jamshedpur FC)
7' Heavy stuff.
Farukh Choudhary plays it through to Robin Gurung but the pass is too heavy and Gurung can't get to it before it rolls out of bounds.
3' The crowd roars whenever Jamshedpur have the ball and are happy with that tackle by Mario Arques on Rafael Bastos! Free-kick for Mumbai City in a not-so-dangerous area.
1' There's a minute's silence for Emiliano Sala, who died in a plane crash before his move to Cardiff City in the Premier League.
And after that, the game kicks off.
The players head out onto the pitch and it's time for the National Anthem.
L Ajit Metei is the referee for tonight's game.
Sumeet Passi is out and Pablo Morgado comes in for Jamshedpur FC in their Starting line-up.
Mumbai City have fielded Marko Klisura in the defence, his second start for the club. Moudou Sougou missed the previous game to a hamstring injury but he is back. Vignesh D gets his first ISL start, while Bipin Singh is to fill the shoes of Arnold Issoko.
Pressure point.
Mumbai City coach Jorge Costa thinks his team will have less pressure compared to Jamshedpur because of their standing on the table. Mumbai are second with 27 points in 14 matches, while Jamshedpur are fifth with 20 points.
"Both teams will be under pressure tomorrow. But this is our job. We must control it because every time (we play) we are under pressure. Where we are in the table, we should have less pressure compared to Jamshedpur," Costa said before the Jamshedpur v Mumbai City ISL Live game.

Hello and Welcome to Sportskeeda's Live Coverage of the Jamshedpur v Mumbai City Live ISL game.
This is Aravind Suchindran and I'll bring you the line-ups next.
Jamshedpur FC have an injury crisis going with Tim Cahill out for the season and minor issues for midfielder Michael Soosairaj and defender Raju Gaikwad.
Coach Cesar Ferrando feels the injury problems make his job tougher against Mumbai City.
"The problem in this team is not only Cahill. There’s Michael Soosairaj and Raju Gaikwad. This is the problem. I am a coach and I have to think with the players available at this moment in mind. I have to think about the best line-up," Ferrando said ahead of the Jamshedpur v Mumbai City ISL Live game.
Mumbai City's Arnold Issoko is tied with Jamshedpur FC's Carlos Calvo for the highest number of assists provided. Both have five assists and even Ferran Corominas and Federico Gallego are tied with Issoko.
Did you know?
Paulo Machado has played against his current Mumbai City teammate Modou Sougou during his time with CF Estrela Amadora. Sougou was with Vitoria Setubal FC and the two played against each other in the Liga NOS (Portuguese top division) in the 2005/06 season.
Modou Sougou has been flagged offside 40 times this season, the highest for any player. FC Goa's Ferran Corominas has been caught offside on 15 times and he comes second on that list.
Mumbai City are also defensively solid. They have conceded the second least number of goals - 14 - after Bengaluru FC (12). They also have maintained seven clean sheets, the highest by any team in the ISL.
Mumbai City, however, have scored nine goals from counter-attacking situations, the highest in the league. Will they find the back of the net again in the Jamshedpur FC vs Mumbai City ISL Live game?
Mumbai City have scored just twice from set pieces, the fewest goals scored by a team off dead ball situations.
Jamshedpur have scored most of their goals via set-pieces. Out of the 22 goals they have, 11 have come from set-pieces, the highest in the league. Is that trend going to change in the Jamshedpur FC vs Mumbai City ISL Live game?

Jamshedpur FC v Mumbai City FC Preview

Two teams battling for the playoff spots will lock horns at the JRD Tata Sports Complex as Jamshedpur FC hosts the well-placed Mumbai City FC in Match 72 of the Hero Indian Super League. It would be a surprise to see the team with only two defeats is placed fifth on the table. However, evading loses didn't get Jamshedpur FC enough wins, which has pushed them down under the other four teams, with 20 points from 14 games.JFC started well this season, remaining unbeaten for the first seven matches.

Cesar Ferrando has also made good use of the gifted bunch of players he was allotted with. But now, Jamshedpur FC is at a state of concern as their path ahead wouldn't be smooth without a win against Mumbai.Mumbai City FC has been enjoying a strong season till now. The team has registered noteworthy wins but has now ended on the wrong side of a 2-0 defeat to FC Goa.

After Bengaluru FC drawing with Kerala Blasters FC, it would be a great opportunity for the Islanders to lessen the gap in points between the table toppers.Jorge Costa's side, with 27 points from 14 games are placed second on the points table. Three points from Jamshedpur FC would also mean that the Islanders is only inches away from another playoffs berth.
