Barcelona keep their slim hopes of winning the title alive with yet another win. They did the job tonight but will it be enough?
Real Madrid won arguably their toughest game from now until the last league game of the season, which will take place next week and need to lose one game for Barcelona to win their 3rd consecutive league title.
Barcelona couldn't afford to lose the game and after the early scare by Lucas Digne, they got the job done with Neymar being the star of the show. The Brazilian scored a hat-trick while assisting the fourth. It was a quite night for Lionel Messi but he wouldn't care.
Las Palmas will feel they were unlucky to not have the numerical advantage after Digne's last man foul on Jese in the 6th minute, a decision which could have seen a very different game unfold tonight but Barcelona will not care.
Barcelona take on Eibar next Sunday, when Madrid will be playing Malaga but before that Los Blancos also play Celta Vigo and they just need to win both of their games to ensure that they win the title.
...
FULL-TIME: Las Palmas 1-4 Barcelona
...
90+1' Ohhh, Messi is denied by Varas, the Argentine wriggled his way through into the box getting the better of two defenders before unleashing a left-footed drive, which was tipped over by the goalkeeper.
...
90' 2 minutes of added time!
...
As things stand, both Barcelona and Real Madrid are on 87 points, with the Blaugrana currently in top spot due to a better head-to-head record, however, Los Blancos have a game in hand and if they don't lose either of their next two games, the La Liga title is theirs.
...
87' Neymar drives forward down the left and gets to the byline before cutting it back for Denis Suarez whose backheel flick takes a deflection and goes out for a corner.
...
UPDATE: Real Madrid have scored another and now lead by 4-1. Surely that game is done and dusted.
Over to you Celta Vigo.
...
85' Messi stood over the free-kick but cannot get it over the wall and Las Palmas clear.
...
85' Substitution: Jonathan Viera is replaced by Javi Castellano
...
83' Barcelona are happy to pass the ball around and Messi is hacked down around 30 yards from goal. He would fancy this chance, can he get on the scoresheet?
...
Barcelona look on course to get the 3 points, but so do Real Madrid. The title race looks to be going down to the wire. Madrid need to drop 3 points if Luis Enrique's side have a chance of winning the title.
...
Update: Real Madrid have scored a 3rd against Sevilla and now lead 3-1.
...
79' Substitution: Barcelona with a double change.
Rakitic is replaced by Denis Suarez, while Suarez is taken off for Alcacer.
...
78' Substitution:  Montoro is replaced by Hernán Daniel Santana Trujillo.
...
A couple of substitutions being made.

...
77' Messi has a shot which is wide of the post. Neymar and Suarez combined on the edge of the box, before the latter played a through ball for Messi, whose shot from an acute angle is off target.
...
75' Andre Gomes is putting a real shift at right-back here, as he has to do the extra work to keep Jese in check.
...
72' Substitution: Former Barcelona wonderkid, Alen Halilovic, comes on to replace Momo.
...
A diagonal ball - almost a 70 yarder - is played by Andre Gomes into the path of Jordi Alba, who slides it through to Neymar, the Brazilian just flicks the ball and beats an onrushing Varas, as the ball trickles into the back of the net. A well-deserved hat-trick for the Brazilian. The ball took a slight deflection before making its way over the line. Surely, that has to be the game?
...
71' GOOOAAAALLLL!!! That's the hat-trick for Neymar! 4-1 to Barcelona!
...
70' The nerves had started to show in Barcelona's game but they have restored their 2-goal cushion. They need one more goal to kill the tie off. We are in for an interesting last 20+ minutes of the game.
...
Rakitic has the ball on the right, he has two man in the middle of the box and he curls it in, it evades the jump of Suarez but Neymar is there to apply the finish. The ball appeared to have taken a touch of Suarez as it went it, and had that been the case it would have been offside but it was not to be as Suarez couldn't get a touch on that.
...
67' GOOAAAALLLL!!! 3-1, NEYMAR scores to restore Barcelona's lead!
...
A slight delay in play as Pedro goes down and is bleeding from his nose. The medics rush onto the pitch to attend to the goalscorer, who has to get a change of shirts due to blood being on his original jersey.
...
The home side had been knocking on Barcelona's door for a while and have finally got the breakthrough, this game is not over by any stretch of the imagination. Barcelona need a goal or two.
...
Barcelona are caught out on the counter, Momo drives forward down the right before laying it off for Boateng, who pulls the ball across goal and Pedro is there to apply a first-time finish into the bottom corner past a diving Ter Stegen. Game ON?
...
63' GOOAAALLLL!!! Las Palmas pull one back and it is Pedro Bigas who beats Ter Stegen! 2-1
...
Las Palmas are dominating proceedings as we speak. Barcelona need another goal to kill off the tie. Will Messi get on the scoresheet?
...
60' Jese latches on to an over the top ball into the box, he is not afforded the space to get his shot away and even though the home side win a corner, the former Real Madrid man is visibly frustrated.
...
It looks like Gomes has been brought on to fill in at right-back, he could struggle against the pace of Jese.
...
58' Substitution: Andre Gomes comes on to replace Lucas Digne.
Very interesting from Luis Enrique, will Barcelona switch to a back three or will Gomes pay as right-back?
...
Andre Gomes is prepared to come on, it will be interesting to see who he replaces.
...
56' Barcelona fail to create a chance of note from the resulting corner.
...
55' OHH!!! Messi's shot deflects behind for a corner, it was destined for the top corner.
Messi drives forward through the middle before laying it off for Neymar, the Brazilian pulls it back for Messi who sidefoots it from around 12 yards out, it took a wicked deflection or that could have been another goal for the Argentine.
...
53' Ohh the home side have another chance but Jese is adjudged to have fouled Marlon and Barcelona escape from a tricky siituation.
...
52' Las Palmas waste the opportunity as Momo's free-kick is over the bar.
...
50' It has all been Las Palmas in the early exchanges of the second half. The home side are trying to find a way back into the game. They have won a free-kick around 35 yards from goal for Busquets' foul on Viera.
...
Just In: Sevilla have scored and have halved Real Madrid's lead. If Sevilla beat Real Madrid, the title will be Barcelona's to lose.
...
46' And we are underway in the second half.
