Manchester City were there for the taking in the first half and Arsene Wenger's plan seemed to be on point. They took the lead through Walcott but squandered many opportunities to double it. It came back to haunt them towards the end of the game as Guardiola's side came out after the restart and played the Gunners out of the park.
The week goes from bad to worse for Arsenal as they suffer their second successive defeat and find themselves 9-points adrift of runaway leaders Chelsea.
