90+3' GOAAAAAAAAAL! It's 6-1 now. Paulo Machado with a defence-splitting ball towards Issoko which ricochets off Lakic-Pesic and falls to Modou Sougou who scores his 4 of the night by just pushing the ball into the empty net as Dheeraj Singh was way out his line.

OUT - Rafael Bastos (16)
IN - Matias Mirabje (10)
69' GOAAAAAAAAAAL! Arnold Issoko is brought down but the referee plays on as Rafael Bastos dispatches a belter of a shot from distance to make it 4-1. Dheeraj Singh's dive to his right was just not enough thanks to the venom and power in that shot.

IN - Mohammed Rafique (8)
62' Raynier Fernandes finds Issoko on the right who sets up Sougou who skies it.

HALF TIME : Mumbai City FC 3-1 Kerala Blasters

45+2' And he is off! Kerala are down to ten men as Zakeer Mundampara is sent off for a Second Yellow courtesy a poor challenge on Machado.
2 Minutes Added on.

14' GOAAAAAAAL! Two goals in no time at all. Dheeraj Singh gives away the ball to Raynier Fernandes who sets up Modou Sougou for a shot from distance and the Senegalese dispatches a belter of a shot to double the lead. Huge mountain for the Blasters to climb now.

Mumbai City vs Kerala Blasters preview:

Mumbai City FC will look to cut the gap between them and leaders Bengaluru FC with a win over Kerala Blasters in the last match of the Indian Super League (ISL) for the year 2018.

The ISL will break for a month because of the Indian national football team's participation in the 2019 AFC Asian Cup in January. The next set of ISL fixtures have not been released yet but Mumbai City will be concerned about making most of the struggling Blasters on Sunday.

Kerala Blasters have not won since that opening day victory over ATK and that was 10 matches ago. Blasters even lost 0-1 to Pune City and are currently placed eighth with just nine points.

Another defeat could spell the end for Blasters' hopes of making it to the top four.

On the other hand, Mumbai have firmly placed a footing in the top four and will look to continue their fine form under coach Jorge Costa.

The Islanders are unbeaten in seven matches and come off a 1-1 draw with Bengaluru FC, playing with 10 men.

Mumbai have turned their season around in sensational style after a 0-5 drubbing at the hands of Mumbai City FC. After that defeat, they managed five victories and a draw to surge into the top four on the ISL table.

Yet coach Costa feels the team can do more. "I'm not 100% happy still, we are far from being perfect but we must continue to work on improving our game," he said during the pre-match press conference.

Modou Sougou is turning out to be a great Fox in the Box for Mumbai City. With five goals, he is third on the goalscoring charts and will look to add more to his tally against the Blasters.

Arnold Issoko of Mumbai has been among the goals as well as the assist charts this season. His combination with Sougou is hard for opposition defenders to contain.

Meanwhile, James will hope that Slavisa Stojanovic and Matej Poplatnik are more accurate in front of the goal.
