07:50 (GMT)26 JAN 2018

Good afternoon, all. Welcome to Sportskeeda's live coverage of the Australian Open men's singles semi-final between Roger Federer and Hyeon Chung.

Coming to the match, Federer has been in blazing form, having not dropped a single set on his way to the semis. The defending champion, who is bidding for his 20th Grand Slam title, hasn't been playing that well though. Yes, he has been cruising through his matches, registering easy wins but he hasn't really been tested yet. Maybe, that is about to change today.

Federer's opponent for today is the rising South Korean star Hyeon Chung, who made Novak Djokovic look like a newbie in the quarter-final. In the third round, he had made short work of Fourth seed Alexander Zverev and it is evident that despite being unseeded, the 21-year-old is punching way above his weight.

Chung's fearless, all-striking approach may put Federer under a little bit of pressure at the Rod Laver Arena, but then again who would bet against the Swiss maestro?
