20-year-old Teck Zhi Soo is giving his more experienced rival a contest and a half!

But Soo won't back down without a fight! He's now neck and neck with Prannoy at 8-all.

Prannoy's now leading 7-5 and looks ready to take this in straight games.

27th ranked Prannoy is widely expected to beat his 66th-ranked competitor Teck Zhi Soo, but Malaysia's Iskandar and their doubles players have brought them back into the tie convincingly.

After seizing the lead from Zainuddin, Jayaram is looking to close out quickly - he's 17-15 ahead of his rival.

Despite being the lower ranked of the two, Zainuddin has stolen an early march! He leads Jayaram 8-5 in the first game.

Indian ace shuttler Jayaram is the higher-ranked of the two at 25th, with Zainuddin at 39th.

Srikanth came back from 9-3 in his own second game in the previous match to win in straight games, as could the men's doubles pair.

The Malay pair take a bit of a march in the second game. They lead 9-7, but Attri and Reddy have momentum and could pull off a comeback.

Malaysia are traditionally strong in the doubles game and the Indian pair of Attri and Reddy will have a challenge ahead of them!

India's first WIN of the day! The first singles match goes to K. Srikanth 21-14, 21-15 against Zulfadli Zulkiffli of Malaysia.

After Zulkiffli took control of the second game early on, he loses control and Srikanth has a super-rally - with 29 shots!

After losing the first game, Zulkiffli isn't backing down! He now leads Srikanth 10-9 in the second game after earlier leading him 9-3.
