Liverpool winger Lazar Markovic is returning after a disappointing spell on loan at Sporting and now reports from the Liverpool Echo state that the tigers want to take the Serbian on loan for rest of the season.

Yes! you read that right! Reports from Don Balon claim that Manchester United and Chelsea will go head-to-head in a £172m battle for Real Madrid's Gareth Bale. The Welshman pledged his long-term future to Madrid last year in a new 5-year contract which will earns him £350,000 a week.

However, both the Premier League sides are willing to significantly increase his wages. If this move comes to fruition, it will easily break the world record transfer fee which Manchester United paid for Paul Pogba.

Patrick Vieira to replace David Moyes at Sunderland?

David Moyes has had a torrid time at Sunderland and various reports suggest that the board have earmarked Arsenal legend Patrick Vieira as his replacement.
