Beautiful bit of interplay on the right between Sehnaj and Katsumi before Sehnaj's cross just evades Balwant's diving legs. Bagan are creating the better openings in this half.

57' Juan Quero jinks his way past one Bagan player before passing it out wide to Sanju to cross. Sanju's cross is woefully heavily hit as DSK pass up another chance to equalise.

55' Duffy is brought down as he tries to turn his marker. Norde is on the free-kick but his delivery ends with a DSK goal-kick.

Norde cuts inside from the left and unleashes a fierce right-footed shot which is kept away from heading into the net by Poirei's fingertips.

52' DSK are ramping up the pressure in the 2nd half. Bagan have survived for now, but the Pune outfit should make their ascendency count.

Bagan have dominated the first half here at the Barabati Stadium. However, they have managed to score just a single goal despite their superiority. 43' Balwant seems to be enjoying here as another shot of his goes high and wide. The goalscorer cut infield upon receiving a throw-in before unleashing a pretty ordinary shot.

41' Milan Singh's shot is again wayward. DSK must take the chances they get but efforts like the one from Milan now won't cut it for the Shivajians.

38' Bagan are clearly dominating proceedings here, so much so that they are taking shots for fun. Pritam Kotal hits one from range but his effort flies well over.

Milan Singh can't put the finishing touches on a fine DSK move. It was a great move from DSK, giving Bagan the scare again.

Quero slaloms past the Bagan defence from right to left before laying the ball off to Narzary but the Assamese forward's strike on goal hits Pritam Kotal. Bagan survive a rare scare from DSK.

29' DSK have been pretty unimaginative with their buildup play so far. They play a couple of sideways passes before eventually giving the ball away. Bagan's goal has clearly put the pressure on Dave Rogers' side to take the initiative.

Balwant has been really impressive so far. The striker cuts inside from the left before unleashing a fierce shot which is just parried away for a corner by Poirei.

24' Brilliant piece of play from Norde down the right as he gets the better of Jerry in a one-v-one before swinging in an inch-perfect cross for Balwant, who heads the ball from dead centre to give Bagan the lead. The Mariners clearly deserve their lead.

21' Norde takes a free-kick from wide right, but his delivery, which looks good, is hit straight at Poirei in the DSK goal. The DSK goalkeeper has had a busy 21 minutes so far, but he has had only one save to make.

19' Norde with a shot from the right edge of the box as Bagan try to pick DSK's defence with a one-two between the Haitian and Balwant. The Mariners have to try out new things to break past this resolute DSK defence today.

16' Balwant takes on McFaul in a foot race but the defender wins the duel before clearing the ball out for a corner. Bagan are building the pressure here as DSK have defended all game.

14' DSK are intent on sitting back as they have fallen back to a 4-5-1 shape with extra protection on the wide areas. However, that isn't helping much as Duffy runs clear of Jerry before his shot across the goal is cleared for a corner. Bagan's set-piece is a wasted one, though.

Duffy's shot from the edge of the box is a good one but Poirei saves it low to his left. That's the best chance of the game so far.

12' DSK are using the long, chipped balls as their preferred mode of launching attacks. But Bagan's defensive pair of Eduardo and Anas have dealt with it well so far.

8' Katsumi has a chance to pull back after Duffy's pass found Jerry out of position. The Bagan captain's pullback, however, is cleared away by Sasa. It's been a cagey start to the match, with both sides testing each other out without going too gung-ho.

7' DSK with their 1st attack of the game as Sanju's cross from the right is too deep for Narzary to reach. Bagan start over again with a laser ball from Anas which goes out.
