Armor stand is a utility item in Minecraft that can be used to view wearable products such as Armor, Pumpkins, Elytra, or Heads. To craft an armor stand, place three sticks in the first row, one stick in the center of the crafting grid, and two sticks on either side of the last row with a stone slab in the center. Using armor on the stand positions the armor on a spot because it has no GUI so players will have to interact with it directly.
They can be framed and set up any way you want, making any kind of sculptures and scenes.

In Bedrock Edition, armor stands can be affected by status effects. They can be 'killed' by Harming and Decay splash potions, lava, fire, and campfires, and they play the player death sound and fall to their side and disappear, yielding no armor stand item.
How to Show/Hide Arms on an Armor Stand
The easiest way to run a command in Minecraft is within the chat window.
Type the command:
/data merge entity @e[type=armor_stand,<selector>] {ShowArms:<value>}
The aforementioned is the syntax that will be used in the command block. The value determines whether arms are displayed on the armor stand. 1=show, 0=hide. While the selector is used to narrow down the entities to one armor stand only.
/data merge entity @e[type=armor_stand,limit=1] {ShowArms:1}
This code will cause one armor stand to show their hands.
Equipping armor stands with certain blocks and items can cause rendering glitches.
Bedrock Edition has a version exclusive armor stand model, which includes posable arms.
Armor stands can only be placed in the middle of a block, but players can move it around a bit using pistons and water.
Armor stands could be named like any other mob in Minecraft. You should be able to name a name tag, then shift and right-click on PC and the armor stand will have a visible name above it.

No, but if you are on a server that despawns entities then your armor stand might disappear. Additionally, versions before 1.8 had glitches with armor stands going invisible or glitching into the floor.
