Team Lakay head coach Mark Sangiao has given his prediction for the main event of ONE on Prime Video 4. Lightweight world champion Christian Lee will move up a weight class to try and become a double champion against Kiamrian Abbasov.

After missing weight, Kiamrian Abbasov was stripped of his world championship on the scales, meaning that the title is only on the line for Christian Lee. The event is live and free for North American viewers with a Prime Video subscription.

It’s also a big night for Team Lakay and Mark Sangiao, who has Stephen Loman and Kevin Belingon also competing on the card.

In an interview with ONE Championship, Sangiao gave his take on the match-up between Lee and Abbasov:

“We’ll see what Christian Lee is really made of against Kiamrian Abbasov. I’m siding with the world champion on this one, and I predict a knockout win for Kiamrian Abbasov.”

‘The Warrior’ Christian Lee is riding a wave of momentum after avenging his loss to Ok Rae Yoon and winning back his lightweight title in August.

With a quick turnaround after a dominant performance, Lee will look to become the youngest-ever simultaneous multiple-weight world champion when he fights for the vacant welterweight belt.

“His knee is going to be stronger than before” - Mark Sangiao says Lito Adiwang is on the road to full recovery

Team Lakay is consistently among the top teams in Asia. ONE on Prime Video 4 is just another big night in their history, with Stephen Loman and Kevin Belingon representing the team.

Another one of Sangiao’s top students, ONE strawweight Lito Adiwang has been sidelined with an injury since March but is making good progress.

In his fight with Jeremy Miado at ONE X, ‘Thunder Kid’ suffered an ACL tear in the second round. He then turned his attention to making a full recovery and coming back even stronger.

Mark Sangiao recently gave an update on Adiwang's return in an interview with ONE Championship. The Team Lakay head coach said:

“I just tell him that his knee is going to be even stronger than it was before once it fully recovers. I always tell him to keep it positive and I’m always here to lend an ear to him to make sure he won’t have any negative thoughts.”

Having the 29-year-old back in competition would significantly add to Team Lakay’s current roster of competitors as they continue to hunt down ONE Championship world titles.
