Kevin Harvick won the 26th pole of his career and will start up front for the Pennzoil 400 on Sunday.

Harvick beat out Denny Hamlin (2nd), Kyle Busch (3rd) and Austin Dillon (4th) for the front position in an odd day of qualifying.

This qualifying session was unique in that drivers were allowed to draft off of opponents which helped some get faster times than they normally would have.

Kurt Busch was clearly unhappy after qualifying 28th.

"There's 24 other guys who did better than we did, so go ask them (about how to qualify in the format)," he said.

Brad Keselowski, who has won at Las Vegas three times and also took home the victory last week, will start 19th. Aric Almirola, who won the pole last week in Atlanta, had a tough day qualifying 25th.

The Pennzoil 400 can be seen at 3:30 p.m. EST on Sunday on FOX.
