The Aburame Clan is one of the four noble clans of Konoha. They are masters of insects and live their lives beside them. Each member of the clan is assigned to insects, which they use in combat as Ninja.
Upon birth, the members of this clan are offered to insects. These insects reside in their body, acting as a nest and form a symbiotic relationship with the host.
The insects enter and leave the body of the Clan members through the pores in their body. They have complete control over these insects and they help the user out in exchange for being their nest.

Not much is known about the Anurame Clan’s founding or history, but they were members of the Hidden Leaf Village even before Naruto’s timeline. Shino Aburamay, one of Naruto’s peers, would form a close relation with him and Hinata Hyuga.
The Aburame Clan has incredible control over the insects that they control. They use these insects not just offensively, but also defensively. There are many techniques which are exclusive to this clan thanks to their mastery over insects.
The members of the Aburame Clan have increased resistance to Genjutsu. This is because their bugs are unaffected by Genjutu and they can awaken the host of their body after detecting a Genjutsu.
In the current generation, Shino Aburame is a teacher at the academy. He is a veteran from the Fourth Great Ninja War and taught Naruto Uzumaki’s son, Boruto Uzumaki while he was in the academy.
The Aburame Clan although they don’t use many Ninjutsu, thanks to their skills in controlling bugs, are feared Ninja while in battle. This is how they earned the position amongst the four noble clans.
Every clan has a notable member that has made large contributions to the village. Here are some of the notable ones:
Shino is Naruto’s peer and shared a team with Hinata Hyuga and Kiba Inuzuka. He was a strong Shinobi who could control bugs and contributed to the war. When Sasuke Uchiha went rogue, Shino helped search for him by looking for an insect which could track anything that it smelled.
A member of the Root section of the Anbu and he was killed on duty while protecting Danzo from Tobi Uzumaki.
The Aburame Clan possesses many abilities and Jutsu that belong to them, mainly thanks to their control over insects. In return for being a nest for the Insects, the members of the Aburame Clan have total control over the insect, resulting in Jutsu like this:
A. It is not revealed yet why the Aburame Clan members wear glasses. However, it is assumed that it is because they are similar to their insects, which are nocturnal. Bright light might be harmful to them.
A. Shino is not immune to Genjutsu, but his bugs are. Because of this, he has high resistance to Genjutsu because his bugs awaken him from it.
A. The Aburame Clan is very strong. They have complete control over bugs and can do many things including infiltrating the enemies bodies or emitting poison. They can also track targets, which is incredibly useful. They are seen destroying even trees with a mass of insects, which is impressive to say the least.
