Hikaru in Naruto

Hikaru welcomed Naruto, Yamato, and other Konohagakure shinobi to Turtle Island, reminding them that this island was similar to Konoha's Forest of Death. He tells them about the island's animals, all of which were peaceful when left alone. Hikaru was about to warn them about the dangerous squid that lived in the ocean, but before he finished his statement about the squid, it attacked them and caught Naruto.

Killer B came to the rescue and saved Naruto in his Eight-Tailed Beast form. After saving Naruto, Killer B started talking to them with his rap. Hikaru explains that B's unique rapping style is an enka rap, which Naruto initially understands as a funny joke.

Hikaru is a relaxed person who does not care too much and is always cheerful. He is also quite forgetful, as he did not tell the Konohagakure shinobi about the big squid around Turtle Island before they reached there but still, he is someone who works hard and follows the rules.

Hikaru is dressed in the traditional Kumogakure shinobi outfit, which includes a flak jacket and forehead guard. A black haori with wave-like designs in yellow color is placed over his jacket from his shoulder. He has dark eyes and spiky brown hair with a small beard on his chin like a goatee. Hikaru’s right eye is always closed.

Hikaru has not shown any skills but still, he must be a great captain, and also he is a Chunin rank shinobi, so he would know many basic jutsus and techniques that Chunin rank ninja perform, like Shadow Clone Jutsu, Kinjutsu, etc.
