Hisame is a missing ninja from Amegakure as she left her village to help Suien to seek the Hero water in Takigakure. She is known to be one of the smartest kunoichi from Ame and can use both Lightining and Water Release. She can even make weapons from water for long as well as short range attacks.

Hisame assisted Murasame in taking down Sasuke Uchiha with Uzumaki Naruto while they were pursuing Shibuki. Hisame was defeated when Shibuki drank the Hero Water to fight back against her and her fellow attackers. She was later revealed to be alive and was captured by Kakashi.
Hisame is a young, tall, and slim kunoichi with fair skin and short light brown spiky hair. She wears blue azure earrings, red lipstick, and pupil-less black irises. She has short, thin light brown eyebrows and wears a white hairball over her head. She wears a pink tube top which has a red border, over it, and she wears a light blue shirt, navy blue pants, and sandals with a shuriken holster on her right leg.
She is known to be one of the smartest kunoichi of Ame and can use Water Release: Water Whip which helps her make whips out of the water to bind her opponents. She can also use Lightning Release and is capable of channeling her lightning chakra through her water whip to immobilize her enemies. She can even make weapons from water for long as well as short range attacks.
