Very little is known about his childhood as Hot Water Daimyo’s past is still shrouded in mystery. Hot Water Daimyo had a very brief visual appearance in the anime and in the Naruto manga. Thus, not much is known about him.
Due to his sparse appearance in the series, close to nothing is known about his lineage or background, even his name is not common public knowledge. Based on the information at hand, he serves as the Feudal Lord of the Land of Hot Water.
In Naruto Shippuden episode 262, Hot Water Daimyo made his on-screen debut. He made his debut in the Fourth Shinobi World War: Confrontation Arc. In the arc, he was seen during the evacuation of the citizens of his country. He was concerned about the safety of his people and wondered where they were headed. Then Raido Namisahi, a jonin of Konohagakure (Village Hidden in the Leaves) appeared in front of him and informed him that they will be evacuated and find shelter in the Hidden Leaf Village.
